This was a great little hotel. Cosy and comfortable, staff were helpful. We liked the little (outside) breakfast room, and the breakfast itself, where they went for a simple but well done selection.

It is a little tricky to find, but then it was in an interesting little alleyway that was fun to walk around in.

Loved the location, at the end of a not-so-quiet alley, just off a busy main street, near the unofficial heart of Saigon. Fresh breakfast available downstairs. Reasonably quiet and clean rooms, with comfortable beds, big bathrooms, and good storage. Excellent street food (inc pho) available just outside in the alley, close to all markets, and most great bars. Will consider when visiting again

Major construction of a new hotel next to 'Little Saigon Boutique hotel' was a little disruptive to my precious little sleep, but really only affects the rooms facing the alley, and it is not a fault of the hotel in the slightest.

The place was very accessible to our convention site. Shops were all around and so were the eating places. The hotel has courteous staff and they act on our requests very promptly. We appreciate the fact that they can converse in English. Buffet breakfast was very good.

There was actually nothing that I didn't like. The hotel suited our needs perfectly.

It was cozy and fit my needs. Breakfast was simple, but nice. Eggs made to order. The location is on a side street, some might not like that, but I did. Gave one feel of being among the folks, so to speak. Shower was nice, bed was in good shape and the room was a good size. Location was great. I would stay here again.

The hotel would not be for all, if you tend to stay in chain, 5 star hotels you might not like it.

    Location.

Somehow, there was construction near to the hotel. The window was not able to close properly. housekeeping did not really clean the tables, thus, some construction dust was seen.

It is walking distance to where I shop. Staff very understanding to refund me the cash that I paid when I opted instead to pay by credit card.

The location is in the center of the city.

The room is not 22 sq.m. as it is stated. Is more like 11 sq.m.. Trust me, I am good at calculating areas.

I loved the location, at the end of a little alley, the decor was tasteful and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The tiny window that opened onto corrugated iron! The room was very small and the breakfast wasn't very nice - very cheap food for continental buffet, very little fruit.

What is there not to like. This little gem of an hotel is located just a short walk to the Ben Thanh Markets. The staff were very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to all the staff especially Nick the bellman, Louis and Lan Anh on reception. Our rooms were lovely tendered to daily by Lieu and our breakfast omelette perfectly cooked each morning by Thuy. Thanks for a great stay. Will come back again.

Location in district 1 where it all happens. Good fir shopping, close to the market. Restaurants and bars around the corner. Not too close to the busy street.

    Bad internet connection in room.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us in booking tours of Cu Chi tunnels and transportation from Saigon. Very Spacious room and large balcony overlooking city. Rooms kept clean and in order. Good location - only short walk to good bars/restaurants and Benh Thanh Market. Reasonably good WIFI. Would highly recommend - great value for money.

With no fault of the hotel, the noise from the construction site next door woke us around 730am each morning.

The location was very good. Breakfast was fine. Staff were pleasant.

There was construction going on next to the hotel. One night it stopped after 10 pm and started again at 4 am. I had twice asked to talk with the manager, but he was not on site (I think there should have been a reduction in price - particularly we were unable to use the balcony with the noise.) We had a deluxe room with extra room but the room was the smallest one we had in Vietnam. Would most likely look elsewhere if we were to return to Ho Chi Minh

This hotel was in an excellent location we were able to walk to the opera house ,market and lots of good restaurants very easily The staff were helpful and gave us good advice, they also booked us a trip to Mekong Delta which was brilliant value for money. Thank you Little Saigon

It was a bit noisy as a new complex was being built nearby. Clearly this is not the fault of the hotel and won't go on on forever

good, central location (after finding in via the little alley). perfect breakfast with eggs / omelet made to order. wifi works. cosy, clean and better equipped than expected (with flat tv, air-con, minibar, tea/coffee etc). upper floor balconies a plus!

some renovating at a house near by woke up one morning at 7:00am but that just minutes before alarm anyway. bottom floor room had only an ipad-size window and that is to someone's outdoor kitchen.

Very nice little hotel, tucked in a small courtyard. Centrally located, suberbly clean room and good breakfast that the staff was kind enough to prepare a little earlier than normal for me, since I had to catch an early flight. Definitely recommended.

Location is everything here, it is at the heart of HMC and probably there are not many in the area in this price range

Be warned when you get there. You must go through a side alley that seems to lead to hell, but once at the hotel, rooms are fine, nothing exceptional but good and clean

clean and cosy. bathroom very good and neat. no problem and value for money for holiday stay.

dont need the big cupboard. A simple and smaller one is better and give more space back to the room. can make wall shelves for tea and coffee and kettle. dont need the small table. simple things can make it A fantastic room. happy overall.
