The staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. The room was nice and had a wonderful view of the lake. Because the bath had not been correctly installed in the bathroom the water from the shower ran down the wall, under the bath, and out onto the bathroom floor, making the bathroom floor slippery because of the puddle in it.

We stayed only one night due to our travel schedule and loved it so much we wish we could have stayed much longer Room with view on Ho Tay lake was perfect, the hotel is spacious and makes you feel at home immediately, breakfast is superb with excellent Vietnamese and Western dishes Having Vietnamese origins I can say the Vietnamese dishes are excellent and authentic (notably "banh cuon" a traditional Vietnamese dish for breakfast) Above all, staff is exceptionally friendly from receptionist to sales management to people working in restaurant and hotel premises We wish to come back as soon as possible!

Everything in the hotel was fantastic. Highlights were the room with view directly onto the lake and the Hanoi skyline. I stayed in an upper floor room which had a modern décor and balcony with a great view of the lake and grounds even I didn't have enough time (I was only there one day). Fantastic breakfast with variety of choices and funny, helpful staff. Wifi is excellent at any floors even lobby, it is very important for business. Would we stay there again? Most definitely. The location is very good although motorized transportation is recommended to get to downtown Hanoi.
