Beautiful and contemporary design and Front office manager NGA is a world class hospitality gem which Asia hotels generally lack. Although we booked a deluxe room, it has no windows and she moved us from Hang Trong to Lan Ong with a USD10 extra for a suite. The bed was superb so was the bathroom. Good hotel.

Rooms with no window. While at Lan Ong hotel, the staff kept pushing us to book hotel car to airport was annoying. No daily fruit basket despite paying more than equivalent hotel which gets us generous daily fruit basket. The breakfast spread needs to improve.

The location was excellent. Rooms were clean

Breakfast was rather poor in terms of variety and quality. It is not so difficult, especially in Vietnam, to serve fresh french bread and fresh croissant, Despite the breakfast being included in the price of the hotel, we were charged for ordering a cappuccino. A cappuccino in today's world is universal,. Charging us for that was low, especially when regular coffee was served non stop! No other hotel in Vietnam charged us.

very good service. friendly and welcoming. helpful. rooms are very well designed and furnished. clean sheets and bathroom !! wooden ground. situation is best in hanoi ! close to old city and nha tho street which is the best place for chic touristic shopping.

one problem. no window in my room. ask for a room with window. otherwise, as for me, no problems not to have a window because it is very quiet, compared to the noise in the city. but it took few hours for my wife to get used to it. for me, best choice of hotel in hanoi at this moment. and i have seen some...

Proxmity to the Old Quarter

We booked a classic room but on arrival found that the window had been replaced with glass bricks so you could not see out. It immediately felt very closed in. We were disappointed as there was no mention at all in www.booking.com site. We immediately upgraded ourselves at our own cost. We had ordered the hotel car and driver to take us to the airport the next morning, however, he did not turn up. Finally, after a phone call he arrived and the hotel did say they would guarantee our flight if we were late. Even though the hotel up nicely decorated it is better suited for business clients.

it was in the old quarter which was easy to walk around. The food was excellent.

The restaurant underneath in the basement and no outisde view ie no window.

boutique hôtel molto curato nei dettagli, deliziosi! la colazione è ottima!

l'hotel è situato nel quartiere vecchio, molto suggestivo ma anche molto confusionario! in più ci sono alcune camere davvero molto piccole e senza finestra, unpo' claustrofobiche!

Could not fault the staff and the travel lady was fantastic, so helpful and nothing a problem. Everything she organized went to plan and each tour very good. May have paid a few dollars more, but well worth it. Could not fault anything. Front desk were equally as helpful, spoke well and nothing too much trouble. Food was fine, once again, very accommodating. Transfers to and from airport timed to perfection. All in all, very very nice.
