Very professional and friendly staff

That they ask for money for the wifi service, when all the small coffee shops in Hanoi give it for free.

The comfort of the interior decoration and the spacious room.

It always amazes me that in budget hotels you get WiFi free but in 4 or 5 star hotels you have to pay for that service! Although Melia at least offers free WiFi in the lobby.

Very good location for exploring the city. Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff.

Bedroom: dirty moquete ; no open windows in a smoking room ( there was an awful smell of cigarets) ; Breakfast: there were a lot of different plates but all of poor quality. Wifi in the bedroom: 12 USD each day ( idiots ! ) This hotel for the european standards should have maxium 3 stars and half; nothing more. Poor - Poor - Poor .

Good hotel, nice swimming pool, very good restaurant (patio). Close to city center. Comfortable, good service, reliable

hotel made difficulties to accept payment by credit cards, which was annoying.. To loose time discussing about this in a 5 stars hotel !

Habitación amplia, cómoda y muy luminosa, bien aislada del ruido y el calor. La ubicación está bien para descubrir Hanoi. El desayuno era muy bueno, aunque le fallaba la oferta de fruta. En general, un hotel cómodo, aunque la relación calidad precio es mala en relación a los precios y estancias que ofrece el país.

La wifi en las habitaciones cuesta 12 dólares diarios, cuando es gratis en casi todos los hoteles de 3 y 4 estrellas de Vietnam. El horario de la piscina no permite darse un baño después de un día de turismo porque cierran a las 7. Una hora más, como hemos visto en otros sitios, estaría muy bien. Por cierto, demasiado cloro en la piscina. Las tarjetas-llave de las habitaciones y del ascensor necesitan una renovación, nos fallaron en varias ocasiones, alguna de ellas empapados al volver de la piscina, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo. El personal de la agencia de turismo que está en la recepción habla un inglés muy limitado.Con ellos contratamos la excursión a Halong Bay que nos vendieron sobre una fotos en el ordenador. Pues bien, estas fotos no se correspondieron luego con el barco que era bastante más antiguo. El prestigio del hotel queda en entredicho cuando los que trabajan para él no cumplen las expectativas que se espera de los servicios de ese hotel.

J'ai participé à un congrès qui se déroulait dans cet hôtel. Pour ce but une chambre dans cet hôtel était indiquée.

Le supplément pour le petit déjeuner était abusif; 20 usd. J'a aussi dû pauer un deuxieme supplément de 20 usd par jour pour avoir l'internet dans la chambre également abusif. Les restaurants de l'hôtel étaient très chers pour une qualité médiocre. A 300 m de l'hôtel il y a un restaurant ou on peut manger pour pas cher.

Retour au melia une fois de plus, et une fois de plus le service est à la hauteur de sa réputation, tout était parfait .. peut être que le wifi payant est un peu à regretter pour une telle catégorie ... pour le reste rien à dire sinon parfait

Le mélia reste une excellente adresse de centre ville à Hanoi avec l'énorme avantage de disposer d'une piscine extérieure. Un choix sans risque. Un seul regret. : le manque de charme du bâtiment.

Die Lage ist sehr gut in der Nähe zum Hoan-Kiem-See für eine Stadtbesichtigung.

Gemessen am Zimmerpreis stehen in Hanoi weitaus schönere, modernere, neuere Hotels zur Verfügung. Das Melia ist vermutlich ein 80er-Jahre Bau und ein unansehlicher Klotz von aussen. Die Zimmer sind aber von der Ausstattung in Ordnung und sauber.

Location in heart of hanoi

The disco located on the 3rd floor had the worst sound system that was heard all the way up to the 15th floor. If you want noise - this is a good place if not choose alternative accomodation.

建築設備は経年劣化が隠せないがよく手入れして維持管理されている。レストラン・バンケット・プール・ジム- 全てあり機能性は十分。スタッフのホスピタリティ教育はしっかりできている。

特に大きな不満を感じるシーンはない。

グラウンドフロアのビュッフェレストランが美味しい。 夕食だけ利用しましたが、 種類が多く、ベトナム料理もありました。 特にフォーが美味しかった。

客室の水回りが少し古い。 でも清掃は適切にされているのできれいです。

Very nice and service minded staff, excellent breakfast buffet, nice common areas with free wifi, good gym facilities, a pool in central Hanoi (not super charming, a bit too cold but still functional and good for relaxing after a city tour). Good location for sightseeing since it is walking distance to both old town and temple of literature.

The standard of the room was not as high as the rest of the hotel, but still good and clean.
