Melia Hanoi  

This hotel was ideal for my attendance of a Conference. Service was very good. Food was more than adequate. I enjoyed the bar with many of my colleagues. There was a nice selection of wine and the conference facilities were great. Staff were very friendly. I was happy with the hotel and would come back for another stay

There was one issue I had with the Management of the hotel. I brought a bottle of fine wine from Australia to celebrate an event with some of my colleagues at the hotel. I politely asked if I could drink the wine in the lobby bar prior to having dinner in the hotel restaurant. The bar staff said yes. However, I later found out that it was the hotel policy to impose a corkage charge of between 20 and 30 USD for my colleagues and I to consume the wine. I refused and took my colleaugues out to a nearby restaurant to have dinner and consume the wine free of charge. The hotel lost my business for that night.

It wascentral and good for a Conference

It was over priced,especially the food/drinks...I had an early departure and there was no coffee/croissants available...for the same money Hotel de L'Opera is far better value

The Melia is located in the heart of Hanoi.Many places can be reached by just walking.the breakfest is execelent. The hotel staff very friendly and helpfull. i stayed about 10 times and will always return becaus I just enjoy staying at this nice hotel.

Die Lage ist sehr gut in der Nähe zum Hoan-Kiem-See für eine Stadtbesichtigung.

Gemessen am Zimmerpreis stehen in Hanoi weitaus schönere, modernere, neuere Hotels zur Verfügung. Das Melia ist vermutlich ein 80er-Jahre Bau und ein unansehlicher Klotz von aussen. Die Zimmer sind aber von der Ausstattung in Ordnung und sauber.

Acceuil froid et maladroit ... Unfriendly welcoming ... 12 $ per 24 hours for the Internet access : it's a shame !!

Vi boede I en Executive Suite, og det var fantastisk lækkert. Derudover er begge restauranter fremragende, og personalet er meget servicemindet og venligt.

Eneste minus, jeg kan komme I tanker om, er for meget aircondition I loungen- der var ind I mellem temmelig koldt.

Pieza amplia, buen espacio para trabajar, buena ubicación, buen gimnasio.

no habia wi fi, tenías que pedir toallas grandes porque no las dejaban al hacer la habitación, lo peo fue que reservamos un taxi público para el aeropuerto la noche anterior, y al llegar la hora no dicen que están todos ocupados y que cojamos un taxi del hotel privado que costaba casi el doble que los públicos!!!! hacía frío y no funcionaba la calefacción, mal trato. Desde luego el precio era muy alto y la contraprestación nefasta. No lo recomiendo en absoluto
