dobre sniadania, dosc ladny pokoj personel, ktorego jedynym celem wydaje sie znalezienie sposobu na oszukanie turystow poprzez wciskanie wycieczek, zawyzania cen (kupiono mi bilet kolejowy mowiac ze zainkasuja 2 USD prowizji podczas gdy w istocie chcieli wiecej o kilkanascie USD, a bilet dali mi dopiero w ostatniej chwili tak zebym nie mial czasu na zorientowanie sie w oszustwie), kierowanie do innego - gorszego - hotelu,... |

Great service and comfortable room at a super price. Clean shower curtain and better water pressure - got warm shower as compared with almost no hot water. |

Mike's hotel. It is nice to be abe to come to a hotel in asia and be able to do everything through the hotel book taxi's tours flights everything at a good rate. we booked 3 weeks of activities with mike's hotel . SAPA, Halong bay, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, HCMN All for a great price. Completely trustworthy which is hard to find in Vietnam. |

The staffs are really friendly and helpful during our 3 nites stay there. I can't find a better place for staying in Hanoi and I'm glad I found this hotel. If we ever come to Hanoi again, Mike's Hotel is definitely on top of my priority to spend the nites there. Thanks Guys for such lovely service ! I also plan to write a recommendation to the Lonely Planet for Mikes Hotel. |

Breakfast was good. Male staff members friendly and helpful. Mike the owner very accommodating with any problems. I received a bouquet of flowers from Mike on my birthday. No lift and staircase very steep. I had a standard room which had no window and the bathroom floor was wet and dirty. They moved me immediately into another room which was on an even higher floor. The bathroom had black mould on the walls and the room walls were drab with what looked like old mould marks. I felt the room was damp. Also the telephone in the room didn't work. |

Staffs are very kind, helpful and friendly (sometimes too friendly). English skill of staffs is sufficient. Good access to old city of Hanoi. Three choices are prepared for breakfast and I enjoyed Vietnamese chicken noodle (Pho ga). Description of room facilities appeard on Booking.com website was incorrect. There was no coffeemaker and no alarm clock, though they were listed on the site. Furnishing looked to be a bit aging. |

Das Personal war superklasse, sehr freundlich und flexibel. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Fuer den Preis bekommt man in Hanoi durchaus Hotel mit einem hoeheren Standard, aber die Freundlichkeit des Personals hab ich nirgends anders so erlebt. |

Gratis-Internet-Anschluss im Zimmer (für meinen Laptop) & Computer in der Lobby; zentrale Lage im Old Quarter; für 2* schöne Zimmer mit Balkon; das Frühstück ist eher simpel, aber ok/gut Die Organisation unserer weiteren Reise, welche wir im Hotel beauftragt haben, hat absolut nicht geklappt! Sie haben unsere Anliegen nicht verstanden, auf den Flugtickets wurde ein Name falsch geschrieben & nicht richtig korrigiert (wir hatten am Flughafen dadurch noch etwas Verzögerung, hat aber dann doch geklappt), die Busfahrt wäre durch die Nacht gegangen, statt - wie angekündigt - während dem Tag, etc. (das scheint aber in vielen der Travel-Offices so ähnlich zu sein...) - Travel- Office definitiv nicht zu empfehlen (man kann ja dann nicht einfach davon laufen, wenn man merkt, dass es nicht gut kommt...) |

le service de très bonne qualité pour organiser les excursions, train booking...personnel très agréable (pnous ont amené jusqu'a notre wagon pour le train pour sapa, sontvenu nous cherché à 5h du matin et ont mis à disposition une chambre pour dormir quelques heures et prendre une douche gracieusement |

他のレビューどうりスタッフは皆気さくでやさしく、オプションツアー等の急な予約にも対応してくれましたし- 、英語もままならない私たちに丁寧に説明してくれて大変助かりました。空港まで14＄で送迎してくれます。- ホテルは階段のみで上り下りする造りで、部屋によって印象が違います。エアコンはどの部屋にもあるし、お湯- も出ます。予約して行った部屋が初日はとれてなく15＄の安い1階部屋になってしまいました。1階のへやは- 窓も無くロビーの音がけっこう響きます。次の日に28＄？の部屋に移動、広さは1階と同じですが窓もありや- や快適。その後38＄の部屋にまた移動、そこは道側のベランダ付きで広くて良い部屋でした。しっかりメール- でやり取りしてデラックスを予約出来れば快適なホテルだとおもいます。 |
