Mikes Hotel  

My room had a terrible damp problem - this meant the bedding, beds and towels were damp. It also made any clothes or belongings I left in the room damp. It is quite cool in Hanoi in early February, and there was no way of increasing the temperature, only cooling it down with air conditioning, so I endured two cold, damp night's sleep. Also my window did not lock, so could simply be slid open from outside, an unforgivable security risk.

D"accord pour le prix on ne peut pas s'attendre a du luxe... Mais quand même ! Les chambres sont petites et très humides. Les salles de bain limite insalubres, pleines de moisissures, partout, sur les mûrs, rideau de douche et plafond... La peinture cloque, s'effrite et tombe dans la douche avec la vapeur quand on se douche... J'avais demandé un réveil à 5H45 que je n'ai jamais eu ! Donc si je ne m'étais pas réveillé seul, j'aurais perdu mon avion... En plus, lors d'un changement de chambre j'ai oublié mon téléphone portable dans la 1ère chambre, et quand je m'en suis rendu compte dasn l'après midi, il avait disparu et personne ne savait rien, et je ne l'ai jamais récuperé !

一点都 不喜欢，服务员帮我们买车票，居然多收将近一倍的钱，而且还比预约的时间晚送来5个小时！！！ Did not like the waiter bought us tickets, but still nearly twice the money overcharged, but also later than the time of appointment sent five hours! ! !

Comme le disent certains avis, je ne vous conseil pas cet hotel. Effectivement peu de bruit par contre chambre tres insuffisante pourtant nous ne sommes pas difficile. enormement d'humidite, sdb moisie, peinture qui se decolle des murs, ni la clim ni le ventilo ne fonctionnent malgre le signalement au personnel, pas de lumiere dans les escalier. Enfin le prix etait tres bas mais je pense que l'on peut trouver mieux pour le meme prix.

Nothing apart from the free WIFI and the use of desktop computer.

The room was very dirty, the bed sheets felt damp and looked unwashed. The skin was hanging off the wall. The breakfast was poor with the cutlery and crockery unclean. The main door was padlocked with a bike lock at night, to me a major fire risk. I would never recommend anyone to stay here and if It wasn't the fact that I was only stopping two nights before I moved on I would have walked out. This hotel is the worst I have stayed out out of any backpacker hotel or hostel.

Elegimos este hotel debido a las criticas positivas de internet, y por la supuesta relacion calidad/precio, que error. Nada de lo que aparece en la pagina de Booking es cierto, no tienen ninguno de estos servicios, por no tener no tienen ni un par de toallas en las habitaciones dobles, una y si pides otra te dicen que ya te la llevaran, lo que no te dicen es cuando, ya no hablemos de servicio te/cafe, mini bar, wifi...vamos que todo lo que aparece es mentira. Eso si, dispone de dos ordenadores en recepcion con conexion a internet de alta velocidad, la misma que tienes que tener tu para poder hacerte con uno de ellos cuando los empleados del hotel se levantan a fumarse un cigarro entre partida y partida. Si quieres contratar algun servicio no dudes en contratarlo con ellos, te estafaran todo lo que puedan ya sea una excursion, ofertando servicios que no son reales o pedir un taxi mandando al taxista a otra direccion. En resumen si quereis una habitacion sucia, un baño que da pena, y mala atencion por parte del personal, este es vuestro hotel.
