The hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet is substantial. The front desk staff speaks very little English, which is frustrating. Do not expect 4-star service. I asked for a late check-out (3pm) and was told the latest check-out was 12:30pm, only a half hour after regular check-out. Also, they pounded on my door and shouted "housekeeping!" despite the do-not-disturb sign. The beds are not comfortable (don't be fooled by the wesbite claims). I asked for extra duvets to pile up underneath me, which helped a bit. Overall, this place was a huge disappointment and waste of money.

L Hotel Mondial Hue recele d`un tresor rare lorsque l`on voyage, l`extreme disponibilite de l`ensemble de son personnel, du groom, aux plus hautes responsabilites du Desk. Une Gentillesse, une tres grande Disponibilite, les plus beaux Sourires. Pour peu que l`on montre a leur endroit la meme chose, la feerie opere. Mon grand Pere, ma grand Mere, mon pere et mon Oncle, m`ont parle un temps de Hue et de sa douceur de vivre. Je remercie ici le Mondial Hotel de Hue de ne pas les avoir faits mentir.... Je reviendrai tres surement a hue et bien evidemment au Mondiasl Hotel Hue.... Un Grand Merci pour tout ce que vous m`avez donne ....
