great little hotel - very friendly staff and clean hotel

Friendly and helpful staff.

A bad smell coming from the bathroom. It was necessary to keep the bathroom closed and the window open.

The staff were lovely and friendly.

Quite a way from town.

The staff were extremely helpful, they took us on a city tour, which they did not charge us for and booked our transport for our next destination, spending many hours waiting to get though to the bus company.

The hotel, even though new was poorly built, so they were in the middle of doing works to fix some of it, noisy if you were trying to have a rest during the day.

laundry ruined my clothes staff seems helpful but seem to never achieve anything and hide behind tons of reasons the location could not be worst giant cockroach in the room overpriced half day trip

A very good restaurant is across the street. The staff is friendly and helpful. There security guard subs as door man when you enter.

Best Service from its staff and owner. very helpful and friendly. Hotel lobby and rooms are nicely decorated with different designs on the ceiling on each of other rooms. Most rooms have windows too. Breakfast area are with modern design and feel, with lounge music. The staff of Nam Mon couldn't do enough for you. Opposite of the hotel has an excellent restaurant service good food and ice cold beer. The floating market tour which the hotel organised was one of the best of our trip in Viet Nam for the past one month. They provide free bicycle rental, free wifi, welcome drink, free computer to use and free printings, Although a little far from the city centre, we were being offered a free city tour on a motorcycle with an english speaking rider. The tour is offer to all guest who checked-in at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers who wish to come to Can Tho City.

We like most of the stuff that Nam Mon offers. - Nothing

Staff was very very friendly. The private floating market tour with hotel guide was top. We got so much information about Vietnam like from no other guide during our 1 month trip here. They offer free bicycles to reach the 3km downtown which is okay, since it is experience of its own. They also offered us to show us the city free of cost which we couldnt manage timewise but other travel fellows said it was great too. They also recommended a place to buy great Vietnamese coffee which we asked them for, organized bus tickets to Saigon etc. Really lovely and very welcoming place! The restaurant opposites the street is good too.

Helpful staff, spoke decent english.

It only tries: it tried to give it enough "cool" stuff to call itself "boutique" but it couldn't put it together decently. The impression is honestly pretty depressing. Room was noisy, also, something right outside the window (which didn't filter much of the noise) started in the middle of the night and never stopped.

Friendly staff and owner who are ready to assist you anyway they can. I will definitely book again, if I go back to Can Tho, and I will suggest this hotel to friends.

Good value for money. The hotel has motorbikes/scooters and bicycles for rent, which is a great way to explore the country side of Can Tho and a completely different world. The staff and then especially Hiêú is great. He helped us with two tours (floating market and back river tour). Two tours that are really showing you how life is up and around the Mekong Delta and surely worth taking. Close to the hotel is a good Vietnamese Restaurant, but also downtown Can Tho you can find good food for very good prices. Thanks Hiêú!

The breakfast is fair, but very simple (toast, egg and coffee). For some the perfect start, others might want a bit more.

Friendly staff,room was very clean and funky design. Bed was very comfortable and the location very good. Tours Booked with the hotel were well organized and had a personal touch.

We had à perfect night at this hotel: friendly staff, who gave us good advices what To do inthis city. Staff also speak very good englisch. The hotel is located near the centre, which you can reach with à motorbike or free bicycle from the hotel. Prices for the rooms are very low If you compare it with other hotels. Rooms have good and clean facilities like ac, tv, bathroom and beds. à big supermarket is located at 10m walk. Across the hotel we had à fantastic Vietnamese dinner at à restaurant for only 12usd(5 people) if you have to choose, choose this hotel, we had à very pleasant stay with our family of 5, thank you nam mon!

Nous avons été TRES bien reçus au Nam Mon: une visite guidée gratuite (vous donnez ce que vous voulez) de la ville à la tombée de la nuit avec deux jeunes réceptionnistes très sympathiques qui vous présentent la ville; une excursion exceptionnelle sur le Mékong, au levé du soleil pour voir le marché flottant local en dehors de la cohorte de barques touristiques ainsi que des petits canaux retirés, sur votre petite barque personnelle. Un très bon accueil et de très bons conseils. Merci encore!

Albergo situato in zona molto brutta e lontana dal centro di Can Tho, non consigliabile per una visita turistica. D’altra parte un albergo con stanze molto belle (categoria superiore) e soprattutto un personale che parla un ottimo inglese e che è molto disponibile a risolvere eventuali problemi. Ottimi pc nella sala comune a piano terra.

Colazione terribile: sia dove viene servita che la colazione stessa.
