Very nice property located a little outside of city center. Our host was so nice and generous! The rooms were nice and well maintained, and the pool was wonderful to refresh after a long day in the city! Also close to beautiful beaches.

It was absolutely perfect. We stayed two days in New Sunshine homestay and that exceed from far our expectations. The host is absolutely lovely, she helps us to organise our 3 days there, always taking care that everything is ok, a lot of talking, she explains a lot about the culture, the country, told us advices to don't be trap like a tourist. We just love our time there and we I come back I would definitely go there !!!! Thank you so much again.

This was such a lovely stay in Hoi an. Our room was lovely, bright,spacious and clean. The bed is really comfy and the views from the balcony were pretty. The staff are so friendly and lovely and helped out with anything we needed. The new breakfast area looking over the rice fields is beautiful. The location is good because you are a short drive away from the beach and the city- we got grabs which cost around £1.30-£1.70 per journey or you can rent a bike from the homestay. The price of this place is so good for what you get.

The staff were absolutely amazing, they couldn’t have been nicer and friendlier, and were so helpful and made us really feel at home! The pool was lovely and it was nice to be in a quiet location close to the rice paddies.

This was my favorite accomodation ever. It’s in a lovely area, surrounded by such beautiful nature, and still not far from old town. The host family is AMAZING, and we felt like home from the first minutes. Our host also came to pick us up from our old place, and bought us fruit on the way, helped us organise everything we needed, cooked us beautiful breakfast, and even drove us to our bus when leaving. She has the most loving amazing aura and warmest energy. We will never ever forget her. AND THE PLACE IS JUST UNREAL?? The room was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, fresh and clean, the pool and the view is AMAZING, and the only bad part of our stay, was leaving. We will come back here every time in Hoi An. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

They are really friendly and try to help all the time, We even got incited to a family bbq which we really enjoyed We got some dressed made directly there and if you rent a motorcycle it is really fast and nice to go to the city

After staying a few nights in the city centre of Hoi an, I wanted to stay a few night in a quiet, relaxing place. New sunshine homestay was the perfect place for me!! Such beautiful views from the homestay and walking in, lovely pool and very comfortable bed. It was still easy to get into the city centre by taxi or bike only 5-10 minutes. Besides that, the owner is very warm and welcoming and has helped with anything I needed. Thank you Huong! Highly recommend this place

The kindness of the owner, the family is very nice and welcoming. The swimming pool is great. The nature and the rice fields around are relaxing. It takes around 15 minutes by motorbike to go the ancient town. It's nearby the coconut forest where you you can have a boat tour. The room was very clean.

Best place to stay in Hoi An! The place is really lovely and nice to relax. After 6 weeks of traveling, my friend and I needed some time to stay at one place. To relax and get back some energy. In the first instance we just booked 5 night. We thought it would be enough, but decided to book 4 nights extra! It was so calm and relaxing (really good beds) we really wanted to stay longer. We really felt at home and the owner it the kindest of all. She was really helpful and advised on what to do and even made an appointment/booking for us. We rentend a scooter with them and within 10 min drive you are in old town or the nearest beach. Really recommend this place to stay a view days longer 😄
