My Stay at New World Hotel Saigon was Better then l ever Thought, the Staff and Managers right up to the General Manager were very Supportive! L stayed in a Deluxe Room with my Wife and 8 Year old Son, the King Size Bed was so Comfortable and the Swimming Pool and Markets around the Hotel were in 10 Min walking Distance! I would Recommend the new world hotel to anyone and would gladly stay there again!

I love the view in the high floors. Since the view is very unique, I believe it was very interested to see everyday. My family enjoyed the room with lots of room to spare. The lighting is bright and clear, the floor is not hard or too soft to walk on. The Bathroom as the shower head. Since it was difficult to use, I really dislike the shower. It was too hard to use and since I take a shower every time. The shower head bothers me.

Although I checked in early I was provided with a room and only with a addition on $30 .. upgraded to executive floor where I had the benefit of All day internet access and also cafe longue & also late check out until 4pm.

Location is perfect. Very Near to Ben Thamn Market. Complimentary service should be better than I expected. Welcoming drinks is essential for a 5 Star hotel and an upgrade or add on breakfast also must be very flexible to the guests.

Goede en service gerechtte personeel. Ontbijt is erg goed. Zwembad is lekker ruim. De spa arrangement, nog nooit zo een slecht gezichtbehandeling gehad.

日本人スタッフも常駐しておりスムーズにチェックインできた 観光等の予約も対応してくれすごくありがたかった 部屋も綺麗で設備はかなりよく、ベッドも寝心地よかった 悪い点は靴べらがなかったぐらいで、自分なりのホテルへの 希望は全て整っていたので満足できた。

I live in Vung Tau but stayed first time at nwhs in order to attend the friends who visited vn by group tour whose hotel are reserved through travel agent. i have no cpmplain for your quality of services such as staffs, cleanliness and adequate information. 1 nwhs located quite near to Ben Thanh market but quite far from city center , for xeample, Don Khoi Street or Post office. Therfore it is convenient to go shopping to bt market but not so convenient to go and walk around City Center. 2 the price including breakfast amouted to about USD 170. I judge this is too expensive from folllowing points; (1) location (2) quite standard quality of service and room (3) comparison to those 4& 5stars hotels in city center.

Dont miss the chance to use the infinity pool on top of the hotel (great to take pictures and show off to friends!!!).
