Club lounge and location was very good. The rooms do have an issue with damp smells, which we couldn't escape even when changing. Otherwise very good, but only for short term.

My Stay at New World Hotel Saigon was Better then l ever Thought, the Staff and Managers right up to the General Manager were very Supportive! L stayed in a Deluxe Room with my Wife and 8 Year old Son, the King Size Bed was so Comfortable and the Swimming Pool and Markets around the Hotel were in 10 Min walking Distance! I would Recommend the new world hotel to anyone and would gladly stay there again!

I love the view in the high floors. Since the view is very unique, I believe it was very interested to see everyday. My family enjoyed the room with lots of room to spare. The lighting is bright and clear, the floor is not hard or too soft to walk on. The Bathroom as the shower head. Since it was difficult to use, I really dislike the shower. It was too hard to use and since I take a shower every time. The shower head bothers me.

Although I checked in early I was provided with a room and only with a addition on $30 .. upgraded to executive floor where I had the benefit of All day internet access and also cafe longue & also late check out until 4pm.

Location is perfect. Very Near to Ben Thamn Market. Complimentary service should be better than I expected. Welcoming drinks is essential for a 5 Star hotel and an upgrade or add on breakfast also must be very flexible to the guests.

Location. In spete that we've stayed before , they don't recognize my status and contact with me like new visitor due to lack of member card.I've asked whether Hotel have member card but unfortunately they don7t seem to have it. In order to keep priority which I used to styed, I recomend this hotel to issue member card for us.Ohterwise no reason why I have to choose this hotel

Goede en service gerechtte personeel. Ontbijt is erg goed. Zwembad is lekker ruim. De spa arrangement, nog nooit zo een slecht gezichtbehandeling gehad.

Доброжелательный персоонал, отель класса люкс, очень хороший завтрак с большим выбором блюд и напитков, но как и во всем Сайгоне проблема с питьевой водой. Высокие цены в ресторанах отеля.
