Norfolk Mansion    

Could not fault the hotel. Facilities were excellent and the room very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.The buffet breakfast catered for all tastes. Would definitely stay there again.

Having read the reviews, our expectations were quite high. On arrival, reception staff were polite, friendly and very helpful (later, we were to experience the same attitude from all staff during our three day stay).Then we saw the apartment! Wow! It was HUGE, very well appointed and absolutely spotless. Norfolk Mansion actually exceeded our expectations. We were impressed, finally, that General Manager Sven von Moock introduced himself to us as we awaited a taxi following checkout - just to enquire how we enjoyed our stay.

10 out of 10, we travelled with our two daughters 15 and 10 years old, staff there was so helpful, if some one have complaint about they dont really understand english, oh my my,as for them english is their second language!! Their attitude to help is unbelievable, we were so happy to stay there, location is walking distance to every where basicly.high recomended.

We are a family of 5 so the two bed executive apt was perfect for us. Very comfortable and clean. It was also wonderful to have a pool where the kids could play and swim. The location was absolutely fantastic as we could walk everywhere to all the major attractions. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend Norfolk Mansion.

The restaurants in the hotel were expensive but there are lots of eating places nearby.

Stayed for 3 nights. Booked a 2 bedroom unit and was upgraded to a 3 bedroom penthouse on the 15th floor. Had everything including a remote control operated massage chair. Simply stacks of room and super comfortable. 2 restaurants to choose from and excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and very helpful for all our requests. Well located in district one...stay here it's great!!

1) Most of the staff were courteous and polite. Not as good as some of the other 5 star places around hcm though. 2) The rooms were clean and spacious. Great for large groups and families. 3) Free wi-fi

1) The room decor was outdated 2) This property is not 5 star. If you want 5 star and luxury stay at the Sheraton or Intercontinental 3) The breakfast menu and food is extremely poor 4) Room service menu poor 5) No late check out when requested as our room was "booked" after even though the hotel seemed half empty 6) Toiletries is not up to scratch to a 4 star property let alone a 5 star. There was no body lotion, comb, cotton buds or conditioner!

We stayed here perfect in every way spotless with nice well manard staff. 1 moan they said that my credit card was deposit when i booked it and i could pay when i arrived but no they already taken the price of room of my card. I blame booking . Com for letting them. But other then that would stay again.

Very spacious, clean, well equiped and comfortable. Good location within walking distance from main attractions/shopping etc. Good breakfast selection and quality.

Our apartment was huge, containing besides two bedrooms with king size beds , a living room, kitchen, washing machine (very convenient), office. A true home with an affordable rate. The hotel is at downtown, but in a quiet street

Nothing to complain

Norfolk Mansion was great, very clean and spacious. We shared a 2 bedroom apartment with our friends which worked out very economically. The apartment was a great to sit down and relax with a drink and chat with our friends after a long days out seeing the sights of Vietnam. Located close to everything. The Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Concierge in particular were all excellent ensuring taxis knew exactly where we wanted to go. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

Great place to stay in Saigon. We booked a two bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 3 children. It was spacious, very clean and well appointed. Service was great, quick and efficient. We had a misunderstanding with our reservation through booking.com, as we did not find anywhere that we had to pay an extra for the third child as she is over 6 years old. I repeated the reservation process (done with the booking app for iPhone) and could not find this anywhere. Finally the staff spoke with the management and everything was solved. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. The Chinese Restaurant at the hotel is expensive for Vietnam but really excellent, we had dinner there 2 nights. Finally, location is great to explore the city.

Norfolk Mansion is the best place we have ever stayed in, the staff couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble

Very good location in a nice and central area. The apartments are very comfortable, nice and big with a sense of luxury. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The apartment was very spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was serviced daily by 3 ladies - so they were in and out in 15 minutes. It is spotlessly clean. Apartment is very soundproof, we did not hear traffic and neighbors. It is a short walk to all the attractions. There is a permanent taxi service outside the front door of the hotel. The hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam baths. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Simply fabulous. Great service, particularly the doorman. Rooms were roomy,clean and comfortable. The Shang Restaurant was quality Chinese. Good location for walking to all major tourist destinations. Best place I've ever stayed in Asian Thank you.

Pool could have been warmer. Water was a bit cool to really enjoy

We are greatly impressed with the hospitality and friendliness shown by all staff at Norfolk Mansion. The rooms are clean and furnitures modern. It made our brief stay at Ho Chi Minh City so enjoyable. As our flight back home was late in the evening, hotel General Manager Mr Sven Von Moock had kindly agreed to our request for a late check out at 4pm. Thank you so much for your kind understanding Sir! That was a fantastic Customer Experience.

We wish there is a Halal Breakfast Package for Muslims.

The rooms were huge and spacious and spotless. The staff was attentive. Being apartments rather than a hotel (there is a Norfolk Hotel owned by them too), the services were more than adequate and staff helpful. I would easily stay here again over a hotel room.
