No elevator was provided. I had to climb to 5th floor with 2 luggages, however hotel staves were always so kind. After all, it was fair considering the room rate. One of many same hotels, I suppose. As there was a gap between the window and the window frame, if the curtain was not closed in night time, many flying bugs came into the room. |

Friendly people, correct service, free internet. This hotel was named Ocean Stars 2 hotel when I booked The free transport to and from the airport; could be something which you explicitely must ask. Taxi had a problem finding the hotel |

Very good location ,It is very good for anyone interested in shopping ,near Hoan Kiem lake .The room is very clean and comfortable ,the manager and his staff were very enthusiatic and helpful .I highly recommend this hotel . |

Excellent service from Mr Jimmy and staff - helped me to book onward flights, Halong Bay cruise and confirm hotel booking at next destination. Clean rooms with nice view of city if you get the rooms on the higher floors (6th or 7th) at the back. Good choice of breakfast (included in room rate) available. Good location as it is situated just short stroll from the hotel to the Hoan Kiem lake ,easy for you to discover Hanoi city ,they provide free tourist map ,the map are printed out by themselves ,so they are very clear .I will recommend Ocean Stars 2 Hotel to our friends or anyone looking for hotel in Hanoi ,Vietnam |

the transportation service from the airport to the hotel in the mid night. in the bath room, a bathtab or at least a shower curtain fully covered until the floor of the room should be prepared not to make the water splash onto the floor. |
