The staff is very friendly and available. The loby where we use the net and take the breakfast should have air conditioned. The breakfast is very poor. The hotel seems like a guest house not a two stars hotel. |

excelent location in the hearth of old quarter, very nice and cheap to stay to now hanoi.the staff was 5 stars, the book to haonang was made in the hotel very nice price and good quality of service also in the boat.nice place |

It was a pleasure to stay here !!! The room was so comfortable and the staff amazing friendly. They booked us a trip to Halong Bay which was highly recommend to everybody who has the time to go there. Making an overnight stay on the boat you won't reget it! Worth every cent :) |

We really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Phoenix Hotel! The staff is so friendly, helpful and funny...We booked some trips through the hotel such as Halong bay,Sapa, Perfume,,and hotel arrangement in Hoi An. All were so great! The rooms were very good and it was really nice with free internet.Thanks for great breakfast- Sorry we ate so much :) .We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends! No elevator. |

Hanoi Phoenix is a cosy place to stay in Vietnam. the hotel manager Mr Kevin,and the team are very helpful and friendly .Phoenix Hotel made our trip a memorable one and if we were to come back to Hanoi again.Phoenix hotel will be our first choice . |

Located in the old city of Hanoi, close to the lake - a good location for the price. The manager was helpful, knowlegeable and arranged excellent tours to Halong Bay and Sapa and advised us about tourist scams. The hotel sent a taxi to meet our flight. Good value for money. |

People are welcoming and always try to do their best. Besides the hotel is well located and the price is perfect. I think they are trying a little too much to sold their bundle tour. Eventhough they are great. |

This is a nice and clean hotel with very friendly people, a nice vibe and fair prices. They will let you have your extra big lugggage be stored here at no extra charge while you are on one of their excellent trips. Very really enjoyed staying here, so we recommend it to anyone staying in Hanoi for a few days and wanting to take the opportunity to visit the north of Vienam.Thank you. |

One of the best value for money hotels we stayed at during our 4 week stay in Vietnam. Staff could not do enough to make our stay pleasurable, and assist in forward bookings, everything they organised went like clockwork. Breakfasts were excellent. All in all a very pleasurable stay Probably the bathroom was our biggest dislike as the water from the bath took forever to drain, and covered most of the bathroom floor |

The Hotel is convienently located in the old quarter. The staff is very friendly and speaks very good english. I have booked several tours with the hotel as well and they were great. On every occasion they were very helpful and really looked after me (and my luggage when I was on a 3 night trip). The rooms are very clean too and have a good size. Breakfast is good, I loved that banana pancake! |

Excellent staff who went out of their way to help. Booked a great Halong Bay and Sapa tour through them,those were excellent. Free coffee & internet access was very useful. Very good free breakfast until 11:30. |

We really enjoy our stay at Phoenix Hotel ,the room was very clean well – furnitured with wooden floor ,the bed was comfortable .The location is very convienient ,closed to many restaurants .The staff was extremely helful and enthusiatic,they helped us to arrange our trips ,all of which were excellent and no complaint but a lot of praise |

All the staff were great and helpful which made us feel comfortable, the rooms were also really nice and clean and the service was great. When I come back to Hanoi I will be back here for sure , all of our whole trip around vietnam this was the best hotel we stayed .You wont be dissapointed if you choose to stay here. |

Very central but very quiet place and in a walk distance of many attractions and transportation Friendly staff who were always ready to help with any requests. |
