Понравились: что отель в самой гуще старого квартала, мгновенное погружение во Вьетнам, перснал, то, что мебель и все вокруг-новое, бесплатный комп. класс с интернетом, интернациональные гости отеля, понравилось абсолютно всё, тем более, за такую цену! Всё отлично, желаю этому отелю дальнейшего процветания! |

We really enjoy our stay at Phoenix Hotel ,the room was very clean well – furnitured with wooden floor ,the bed was comfortable .The location is very convienient ,closed to many restaurants .The staff was extremely helful and enthusiatic,they helped us to arrange our trips ,all of which were excellent and no complaint but a lot of praise |

Everything was excellent ,especially the trips were organized by the hotel and very useful advices for avoiding scams happening in Hanoi .We highly recommend this hotel . |

All the staff were great and helpful which made us feel comfortable, the rooms were also really nice and clean and the service was great. When I come back to Hanoi I will be back here for sure , all of our whole trip around vietnam this was the best hotel we stayed .You wont be dissapointed if you choose to stay here. |

Everything was perfect ,better than what we expected .The room was so clean and comfortable . The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up booking trips to Halong Bay and plane tickets through the hotel's travel desk. |

Thank you so much Hanoi Phoenix ,we had really good time with you .We appreciate very much the personal service the hotel staffs give to their customers. Very central but very quiet place and in a walk distance of many attractions and transportation Friendly staff who were always ready to help with any requests. |

On arrival, our room had been given away so we had to stay at another hotel for one night and move back to the hotel the next day. I thought this was poor as the people who were in our room demanded to have it another day and I feel the staff did not uphold their agreement to us which meant we were caused a great deal of aggrevation that could have been avoided. |

Good dealing of the staff. Very quiter and breakfast. It seems to me a great hotel to scout Hanoi because it's placed in the Old quarter, althought without any inconvenience. It's very cleaned and smell well. For having Breakfast, you have several choices. Free Coffee ( Black coffee good, no american coffee). Small inside room. |

Wow, we just loved this place - we arrived late evening after flying from BangKok and we received a lovely warm welcome and drink. We were taken to our room which was spectacular - clean bathroom with hot shower .the breakfast was great ,free tea ,coffee and banana are always available. Staff were wonderful and very helpful and nothing was ever a trouble. |

The room was really small if I compare with other hostels and the staff was harrassing us to sell their tours. When we just asked to get train tickets they took 3 days while they said they could have it in an half day. I chose this hostel regarding what people said and to be honest I am disappointed as I thought it was better. |

staff was very nice and arranged everything needed; breakfast was very good; in hanoi's old quarter with lots of shopping around the area; lots of restaurants and places to eat stayed at the ocean star hotel 2 and the way there is a little bit confusing, but very good map from the hotel |

The breakfast is fine No elevator at the hotel, highest level is 6th floor.Fridge is not working 24 hrs. Air conditioner is not always working so good, sometime quite hot. If you settel the bill by credit card, they charge additional service charge. No reading desk in the single room different from specification. Safe is not inside the room, hair dryer is provided only you ask. |

The staff is extremely helpful and accomodating. They can cater to any request and are eager to ensure your stay is as best as it can be. They offer an on site booking agency with great rates and is much more comfortable using than some of the local tour agencies. The location in the Old Quarter is great--you're just a short walk from many of the sights of Hanoi. Great place and great people!! |

Wonderful hotel.The staff are friendly and helpful,they have been fantastic to us and have gone out of their way to help us. The location is excellent and it is very quiet , clean and secure. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. |

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Hotel .The room was clean and comfortable with PC in the room ,wooden floor ...The staff was enthusiastic ,friendly and helpful ,they helped us to arrange some trips like Sapa (sleep in the village) ,Halong bay ...All were excellent and value for money. |

We were very lucky to stay in Hanoi Phoenix Hotel ,we stayed in triple room ,it was very clean and confortable. The staff and manager were super helpful, we really enjoyed and you can't beat the location - right in the heart of the Old Quarter. About a 7 minutes walk from the hotel to Hoan Kiem Lake , among other Hanoi attractions. |

Mr Kelvin is the most helpful and friendly hotel manager who we've ever come across. Book all your Vietnam tours through him and you'll save a lot of money compared to booking Ha Long or Sapa excursions through internet travel companies. |
