The staff is amazing! Friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also located in a nice area with some restaurants and bars close by. Plus, the old town camp be reached by foot. All together, the hotel offers great value for money.

Everything; the staffs were very helpfull, kind ans always smile. They provide one basket of fruits every alternions and some chocolates for welcoming. When we checked out to go to Danang they gave us some bottles of water. Shortly, everything was perfect here!

Everything was just excellent,from the welcome drink on arrival to the departing gift of cool water for our travels it was 100% superb. The location is super and the staff just can't do enough for you, we were even given complimentary locally produced cakes on our second day. This is one of the best mid range hotels I have stayed in.

Travelling mid range or on a budget? Then this is the only hotel you should stay in to see Hue. Stayed two nights, and from start to finish the staff at this hotel were a delight, reception ladies in particular. Professional but empathetic, we felt genuinely welcome for our stay. They seemed to read individual customers needs very well (my hot and bothered missus being one of them). Room was small but very well presented and spotless. loved the fact they had a sizeable dvd collection free for use by guests, came in useful after a long days motorcycling and wanting to crash out. Fresh fruit also provided. Breakfast was also generally good, as well as services offered (train ticket booking, tour enquiries, reasonably priced laundry). Overall this hotel was very good value. Reflecting on it now my only regret is not tipping more!

One minor quibble, some small flies around some fruit at breakfast were off putting, but that was it.

We received a very warm welcome at the Orchid Hotel, the kids were even offered toys. On top of that, the room equipment was very complete (pc in the room, hair dryer...) and the establishment is very clean. Good full breakfast. We highly recommend !

Wonderful staff, collected us from the train station, always eager to help with planning and information. Good room and nice bathroom. Good location in the tourist area south of the river. recommended

We are delighted by our experience at the Orchid Hotel. We were there around the Tet holiday and booked the hotel for 5 nights as we did not know whether it would be easy to travel during this period. After welcoming us with fresh fruits and juice, the staff very kindly proposed us an upgrade for their "romantic " room which was not booked. We enjoyed the Jaccuzzi, the computer and the aquarium in our room! The room was perfect, with a fresh fruit basket in the afternoon. Breakfast was delicious with a large buffet. The staff did anything possible for us to enjoy our stay and was very kind. They found bikes for us on the Tet day, booked bus tickets.. It was the most enjoyable stay of all our trip and I strongly recommend it.

Such friendly staff who go out of their way to help we used one of their drivers to pick us up from Hoi An and he was excellent. The hotel is well situated for the local bars and restaurants. Also we had the most amazing towel arrangements from swans to puppy dogs!!!
