We took the train down from Hanoi and arrived at the hotel at 8.30am, they invited us to have some breakfast and apologised that our room wasn't ready even though we were the ones that were early! When we left Miss Vietnam was arriving to stay! You couldn't say a bad word about this hotel.	10

The level of English used was excellent including the housekeeping staff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. An explanation about the hot water heater use might help.	10
