Parfait de loin le meilleur hotel que nous avons eu la chance davoir duran notre sejour au vietnam... Allez y les yeux ferme avan kil ne monte les prix car cette augmentation serai selon nous justifiee |

The hotel staff couldn't do enough for you and every day when we arrived back from tours/excursions they give us fruit or cake as a complimentary service. We took the train down from Hanoi and arrived at the hotel at 8.30am, they invited us to have some breakfast and apologised that our room wasn't ready even though we were the ones that were early! When we left Miss Vietnam was arriving to stay! You couldn't say a bad word about this hotel. |

The service and attention to detail at the hotel were great. They staff were very helpfull and informative. It is a 5 star experience. I wish i could book with them directly over the internet. |

The staff were just incredibly helpful and pleasant.The level of attention to service was the outstanding feature. The level of English used was excellent including the housekeeping staff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. An explanation about the hot water heater use might help. |

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpfull. The room we stayed at was spacious, clean and very nice. For the price we paid this is certainly one of the best small hotels we stayed at in vietnam |

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had fresh fruit and flowers in the room each day. The hotel is very close to the centre of Hue with lots of restaurants nearby. Free internet access in the lobby and a lovely buffet breakfast. Highly recommended. |
