Checking out and moving to a better hotel! Where do I start? Pricey (we found a much better hotel - Asia Palace - for half the price and incredibly better facilities and cleanliness). The selling feature of a computer with internet was some old clunker from the '90s whose screen was pink and was the slowest computer since Noah was a boy. Breakfast was very ordinary. Very loud room (even when I requested a quiet room). I could go on and on, but to save you time, I won't. Just try somewhere else! |

Services and location. This was my second stay. The hotel organized a half-day Hanoi city tour upon my request. The tour and the guide were great. The food at the hotel was very good too. |

The hotel has good facilities including high speed internet in the room free of charge. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rate is great. The hotel also provide transport to-from Hanoi airport with a charge. |

Please note the Pacific Star is actually the Pacific Hotel which is next door. They are run by the same group. The owner asked me to inform this in my feedback. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really close to a great vietnamese restaurant Quan ? ? - where I was directed to my first night by hotel staff - thank you! My room had no natural light coming through the window, although it was quiet from noisy streets so did not mind so much. Also the generator used by the kitchen started up very early (6.30am?) and was very loud in the room. |

Hyfsat centralt med gångavstånd både till Hoam Kiem Lake och till Ho Chi Minh mausuleumet. Ingår frukost men den är sådär och ingen vidare restaurang. |

Das Personal hat sich sehr bemueht die Unzulaenglichkeiten wieder auszugleichen und war freundlich und serviceorientiert. Morgens um 7 ging 2x die Wasseraufbereitungsanlage um 6.30 Uhr an und ich bin aus dem Bett gefallen.Wenig professionell im Gastronomiebereich. Morgens kein Brot und keine Broetchen zum Fruehstueck da. |
