Great location in heart of Saigon. Easy to get to the market, shops, restaurants. Provided a baby cot for our 2 year old without any problems. Able to use facilities after we had checked out. Breakfast was reasonable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced for a short stay. We stayed here at either end of our Vietnamese trip. The first room was small, dark and pokey the second was much bigger and had a great view of the river. Bit of a lottery.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of district 1. The breakfast was pretty good and substantial. The manager at reception when i checked in was extremely rude and left a very bad first impression. However i was there 10days and the other managers/ trainees at reception and the staff generally were very nice and helpful (very Vietnamese!). There was constant noise from the renovations going on on the higher floors. The design of the rooms in the wing on the left is awful. No natural light and all the rooms face into a very depressing looking courtyard. I was in room # 201 and had a window facing into the corridor. The "superior" rooms are also very small compared to other hotels right round the corner from this hotel.

You can have many guests come up to your room as I have my family live in city come to visit our children everyday Only two towers for each room to use at swimming pool, cot is too small just for newborn baby. Cleaner didn't do good job,

Good central location and value. Excellent buffet breakfast. Courteous and responsive staff. Good massage service at the spa. Staff at Travel Desk provided wrong information. Poor cleanliness of room. Carpets need replacement. Poor illumination in bathroom. It is possible that the room assigned was not the "Signature Superior" category.

Das Palace Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und man hat aus den Zimmern in den hoeheren Etagen einen sehr schoenen Blick! Sehr nett gestalteter Pool auf dem Dach! Die Anreise am 31.12. abends war die absolute Katastrophe! Zumal eine monumentale Pop und Silvesterveranstaltung vor dem Hotel stattfand, war die Anfahrt mit dem Taxi so gut wie unmoeglich, und wir mussten mit dem gesamten Gepaeck durch eine Menschenmasse von Tausenden, wozu wir mehr als 1,5 Stunden benoetigten!! Man haette vorher per Mail oder Telefon benachrichtigt werden muessen, um eine reibungslose Anreise zu grarantieren!! Es war nervtoetend und das Personal konnte mit dem Vorfall ueberhaupt nicht umgehen! Vom Empfangspersonal bis zur Geschaeftsleitung alle unfaehig - es kam keinerlei Entschuldigung! ServIce im Restaurant auch schlecht!

Bien situé dans le centre Le personnel de réception et très désagréable dès le moment où on fait la moindre réclamation, les chassis simple vitrage en plein centre de Saigon, c'est pas top en isolation acoustique, sans parler de toute une aile de l'hôtel qui est à côté d'un immeuble en constructions, où vous avez l'impression qu'on utilise un marteau piqueur dans votre chambre!!!! Heureusement, on a pu changer, mais après beaucoup d'énervement à la réception où ils faisaient semblant de pas comprendre en rigolant...

Удобное месторасположение. Размещение не в том номере, бронировали другой номер, с видом на улицу. Разместили в самом плохом номере, с видом во двор, номер рядом с дежурным по этажу, постоянно грохот.

Das Palace Hote liegt sehr zentral zu den wichtigsten Sehenswuerdigkeiten von Saigon. Daher fuer jeden zu empfehlen. Da es allerdings an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse liegt, ist es zum Teil etwas laut, wenn man ein Zimmer nach vorne hat. Allerdings entschaedigt der Blick auf den Saigon River dafuer. Das Fruehstueck ist ebenfalls gut.
