Very helpful staff. Good size room. Very clean. Excellent food. Good location.
Centrally located to various sightseeing location. Attentive staff.
No pool facility.
Bed was comfortable.
Bathroom not so clean. Bath tub/shower not easy to get into. Hallway carpet stained outside elevator on 11th floor. Too many steps to get up to front door of hotel.
Excellent service and staff.
Fitness room very small.
Staff, always helpful. Spacious rooms, well furnished. Clean bathroom. Position, 5 minutes walk from Opera House Placed in a narrow road away from the noise.
Good Stuff, very pleasant to guests
Breafast is not included/Cost extra 15 $ per person
We spent a total of 10 days there 2 with Gate 1 Travel and 8 on our own. The location is great, with many restaurants, wine shops, Gourmet Market, stores and the Saigon Opera House within easy walking distance. Doormen were amazing as were the receptionist and wait staff.
Helpful and friendly staff Value for money Comfortable room
location wise... a bit far from main city (Ben Thanh Market) although walking distance Pork also served in the hotel restaurant which is not halal for muslim. No halal restaurant nearby hotel. I would like to suggest the hotel management to consider not to serve pork in the restaurant hotel...
Got a free upgrade to the Suite room. Staff spoke english very fluently and were polite. The rooms were clean and comfortable! Laundry service was super fast. WiFi was great. Booked tours through the hotel (Highly recommend the Mekong Delta day trip and the motorbike food tours). Not far from the markets - walkable distance but it's also very cheap to get a taxi. Overall a fabulous stay.
Need a better fridge - Fridge wasn't cold enough. Felt a bit pressured to buy tours through the hotel. When you are on the lower suite rooms (in particular Level 4) you can hear the showers of the rooms above. Bit noisy. Try and request rooms up higher if you are a light sleeper.
Mai and the team did their utmost to meet every request. Help with tailors, tours, last minute adjustments and genuine friendliness. We're missing you already. Hope to be back very soon.
No swimming pool (but getting one I think).
Good location, near bars & restaurants, 10 minute walk to the market, opera, post office, etc. 25 minutes to the airport.
Bed pillows too high, wifi connection not always good
Our flight out of HCMC was delayed. Despite having already checked out and been out to the airport, we were able to return to our room and pass away the hours.
The shower/bath wobbled when you stood in it.
The location is perfect. If you like Japanese food, there are lots of good Japanese restaurants around the hotel. The staff is really friendly. They will recommend you good places to go
They don't have pool. But it's not a big problem for us actually.
Location Breakfast Spa Cleaness
Noise- every time someone from neighouring rooms was taking shower it sounded like a super heavy rain.
We stayed in a Premium room, which is on the small side. Capucino for breakfast cost an extra 5 USD.
Cleanliness and hotel facilities. Convenient location for walking to museums, restaurants, markets, river cruise. Excellent restaurant and in room service. Very helpful staff, particularly in arranging excursions.
Need a soap holder in the shower. Next door guests who were smoking in the hotel and opened their room door (presumably to get the cigarette smoke out).
Staffs are nice and helpful. Room are comfortable and spacious. Overall good impression of hotel and it is located at prime area where you goes everywhere conveniently.
Nothing except Ho Chi Minh is more of a commercialised tourist hub not suitable for family who wants some local feel.
We thought that the location of the hotel was great within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see and out of the way of the massive and noisy road works taking place in Saigon at the moment. Location-wise it was great!
The hotel itself is okay, rather standard for the extra-money we paid in comparison with other places we stayed at, our deluxe room had no view and couldn't see much of a difference between the deluxe and the superior rooms (we stayed in both!) but it was decidedly clean and comfortable. So all and all a good decision for a short stay in Saigon.
Location of hotel was good and the staff were friendly.
Language was difficult for communicating request. Booked rooms through Booking.com who stuffed the booking up and missed our children off the booking which was a major issue but the hotel staff accommodated to rectify the issue without charge.
Room was small, shower small and hard to operate the shower with hot and cold not being label
Service was good.. Although officers were unable to speak English well, they made a really good effort to communicate with us and make us feel comfortable.
The wifi and the smart tv in the room did not work well.
All staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast fare was good with many choices. Location of hotel is near to shops but at a quiet street, away from the bustling traffic.
The room is small for a family size room, nevertheless is very clean and comfortable.
Staff were very friendly & helpful. Location is quite central to the attractions like the notre-dame, Saigon post office, an quoc pagoda & few more. We were walking around with young kids so you can imagine how close things are. We enjoyed the breakfast....nothing too flash but was pleasant...overall value for money for sure! We arranged for car pick up for our to & from hotel to airport via vietnamvisacorp.com & it worked well. Since we were flying out to Hanoi the trip from hotel to airport seemed so close so maybe we shouldn't have booked it for that leg but it was convenient. We did hire taxi few times as kids were falling asleep & I was a bit nervous but they charged according to the meter so we were ok.
many taxi drivers do not know the location of the hotel
