Pho Hoi Riverside Resort  

No nos ha gustado nada este hotel. Todos los dias nos despertabamos a las 6 de la manana con ruidos. El hotel tiene un aserradero atras y los ruidos no nos dejaban dormir. Nos cambiaron de habitacion debido a este motivo pero igualmente los ruidos continuaban. El desayuno es bastante pobre. El precio es demasiado elevado para lo que es el hotel. No lo recomendamos para nada.

No mal localizado del todo, al otro lado del río justo pasando el mercado. Habitaciones amplias, piscina agradable. El desayuno más variado de todo mi viaje a Vietnam y bueno.

El checkout fue agónico porque la chica de recepción no dominaba la materia y casi perdemos el transporte a nuestro siguiente destino.

La habitación que nos dieron no se parece en nada a la que aparecen en las fotos, es muy engañoso

Great setting just over the bridge from the 'old town'. So just a few minutes walk into town. We had two bungalows for family of 4 with adult children. Nice outlook over the river to the 'old town' . Nice breakfast and great having a pool complex on site. Some others had comments on the green tint to the water, but it was fine and pleasant to swim in. Staff fabulous.

No complaints

The hotel is situated just across the bridge from city centre which makes it very easy to do shopping, tailoring/fitting etc. without too much transport time. The pool area it really neat and the garden is very nice. We had a terrific view to the other side of the river and in evening very nice lights from there. Apart from reception manager the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant is appalling. Not even local food is good, but we had some pizza and lasagna which was inedible as well as expensive. Breakfast uninteresting. Spa was no good; footbath in cold water and overpriced compared to other spas in area. Problems with bathrooms; no/cold water. Light bulbs not working. It seemed like a management problem with quality assurance. Laundry prices so high I doubt they do any laundry at all, across the street it costs 1 usd per kg. In the street behind the hotel there is a brilliant and cheap little restaurant which we can recommend.

Good location near ancient town, kind and really trying service (not too pushy, which is positive in Vietnam), good breakfast, nice balcony

Hotel is a little out of date, would use some redecoration and good cleaning! Water pressure during shower is very bad,bathroom should be polished.

We booked a riverside bungalow,very clean. The safe had to be replaced 3 times but this was not problem for the staff. Very small bathroom and towels. Situated next to a bridge which take you straight into the old city. Breakfast a buffet style, eggs cooked fresh.

Bathroom ran out of hot water when trying to take a bath, Towells very small. Nothing major though.

Situated right next to the old city. Nice pool next to the river, our room is perfect and the hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel transit back to the airport is reasonably price. The acient city and the river tour is a great experience of the nature and culture of hoi an.

Hotel only accept cash for check out as opposed to the credit card mentioned on the website, be sure you have enough cash to pay, bank is ten minutes away from the hotel by walk.

The location at Pho Hoi Riverside is fantastic. A short stroll across the bridge and you are in the middle of Hoi An. Opposite the hotel is a place to hire mopeds and motorbikes, perfect for a day of exploring the countryside...if you are prepared for some crazy driving. The buffet breakfast is also a real winner with plenty to chose from. The staff were great and our rooms were lovely. The pool was an added bonus and although not very big, perfect for cooling off after a hot day.

The only thing which we thought was disappointing was the hotel spa. The staff and the rooms were not very professional and while the service offered was okay, it didnt have the ambience or professionalism of some of the other places we had been. If they changed a few things though it would be a bonus to have a good spa in a lovely hotel.

Great location (5 min. To the center) and excellent value for money.Staff really kind and always there to give help and advices.Breakfast really good and swimming pool to relax.

The location was great and the facilities were fantastic. very close to the shopping streets of Hoi An and cab ride away from the beach.

The hotel only took cash even though on the website it said they took credit cards; this was a bit inconvenient.

The Luxury room is like the normal room, the only diference is the price!!!!
