not having a window in the bedroom, if you know the traffic in Hanoi, that is a plus. There was a bath which I got excited about. I filled it with bubble bath and relaxed, two mins later the water was gone. There was a crack in the bath. |

Le fait d´avoir une terrasse . le manque d´information concernant le mode de réglement, que l´on ne m´ai pas dit dés mon arrivée que je devrais payer 4,5 % de plus si j´utilisai ma carte de crédit. Master carte |

Goede, grote en propere kamers De staf was wel vriendelijk maar we hebben een probleem gehad met onze laundry waardoor we een hoop kleren verloren hebben, de politie en een paar uur discusieren is er aan te pas moeten komen om tot een oplossing te komen waarbij we maar gedeeltelijk gecompenseerd geweest zijn. Echt slecht management van het hotel. Internet op de kamers werkte er ook niet... |

Die zentrale Lage im Old Quarter, besser geht's nicht! Das Fruehstueck war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels nicht gerade herausragend... Und leider war das Fenster des Zimmers zum Flur raus... |
