The pool was clean and the breakfast omlette very good.

We were not very impressed with this hotel. It was out of town and they offered a shuttle service however this only went to the outskirts right near the tailor shop owned by the hotelier! The room was musty and dark and the wiring was dangerous.

Amazing staff - very friendly. Great pool - very clean and refreshing. Good free breakfast. Excellent airconditioner. Good WiFi connection. The free shuttle to the Ancient Town is convenient. The restaurant is reasonably priced and had good Vietnamese food.

The bed, like most in Southeast Asia, was very hard. A small table in the room would have been nice. We had a few electrical problems, but the staff were quick to fix them.

It is a good price/quality Hotel with a nice pool and it costs you only 1 USD for transport to town by cab.

The wifi wasn't very good at all. One particular staff member was rude. All the rest were very welcoming.

Disappointing breakfast. Staff doing just enough for the hosting. Cleaning okay, but perfectible : Dust remains behind the headboard, along baseboards. Noisy all the night : The Birds are constantly screaming all night, and the cock crows each half-hour from 2 am. A large hole in the wall behind the headboard, capable of passing on harmful insects.

Friendly staff. Atmosphere was good. Nice facilities. Free Internet.

Asked to extend for 2 more nights in the same room what they first confirmed - so we canceled a booking for another hotel - but then there was no availability for the same room/rate. this was very unprofessional! we missed some medication pills after cleaning - they couldn't support.

Overall, a very nice place. We ended up staying there for 3 weeks. The room was a good size, the bathroom had a bathtub with a shower in it and a curtain which is sometimes hard to come by in Vietnam. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day and the room was always clean as was the rest of the hotel facilities. Breakfast each morning was really good, we saw a number of earlier reviews complaining about the breakfast but we loved it. Didn't matter if we showed up at the start or end of breakfast, there was always bread, croissants, tarts and muffins, fresh fruit, eggs or omelets cooked to order and usually cheese as well. They don't put a lot of food out at one time but they constantly refill it. If something is empty, wait for 30 seconds. The walk in to town was nice as long as it was not raining and the shuttle bus was handy when it was raining. Massage services were good, professional and comparably priced to other places we checked in town.

It could sometimes be loud in the morning with construction going on next door and a bit of renovation work going on in the hotel itself. This should hopefully not last for much longer though.

The cheaper rooms in this hotel are a bit old, but clean and comfortable.The hotel manager is so nice and friendly and we had a wonderful chat before we checked out. All-in all we had a lovely stay. The pool is beautiful and if you go for the more expensive pool-side villas they have a nice balcony and pool-view. Wi-fi was fast, breakfast was a nice buffet by the pool, and the hotel is very quiet at night.

Location... not a big problem though. Taxi is $2 into the old town or a 10 minute cycle on a $1 per day bicycle.... maybe walking is a bit too far :)

The staff were freindly and attentive and only to willing to help with tours and transport. This hotel is a little out of town but the free shuttle bus is great.

Of all the places we stayed in Vietnam it had the best Pool & pool side area. A well appointed spa at reasonable prices.

The worst breakfast of all our hotels, would have been better off going out.

The hotel looks great and is relaxing and enjoyable. It is a liitle bit out of town but this means it is also quieter.The pool is clean and a really great place to relax by. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

We were so busy doing other things that we didn't use the pool, however it is deep and a good size. There are a number of computers near reception with free internet access, and the free hourly shuttle bus service was reliable and on time. The Hotel was able to arrange motorbike or bicycle hire easily and nothing was a problem. We had a great stay and would only like to have stayed longer!
