I like my stay in your hotel. The beds and pillows were very good for sleeping at night. No or less too noise to hear from outside although the hotel lie on busy street,Mall in Hanoi is the place where we ate everyday cause that's the nearest mall from the hotel.Location is not ideal, as it is some distance from shopping, ATM, evening entertainment. The food served for b'fast and Room service is not too great. |

I have stay for 2 nights only, really hope I could have stay longer.It was a great hotel for a budget in that area.These is also a very huge wholesale market next to the hotel, many many cheaps bargains there, ideal shopping place for budget travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends if they are going to Hanoi. |

Only good thing about this hotel was the location Hotel staff was really unfriendly after they found out that we don't need their travel services. No value for money. It was impossible to have shower, because there was not enough water and door lock was not working. |

I really enjoyed my stay. One of the finest hotels in Old Quarter Area, close to everything, and they set me up with a great day trip. The view from the window was nice, and the room was great. Everything I hoped for. I really recommend Royal Paradise |

The hotel was perfect for our first trip to Hanoi - Vietnam, hotel was clean and adequate, staff polite , just a issue that the bathroom is quite small.It's also in a very centralised location so that's good for tourists who may not be very good at navigation. Good value . |

Very easy check in and out, hotel staff were all extremely pleasent at all times, the room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great and stayed available well past the 11:00am mark. for the price that was paid through Booking this value can not be beaten. |

It's perfect place to stay for budget traveller . the staff was so friendly and I didn't feel any uncomfortable and problems. Just quite small bathroom.but anyway it's very valuable choice. |

Was a great stay! I was there for 3 days. Bedroom great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have had more of a selection, but overall fantastic hotel, I had great stay! |

1) Wonderful and value of money. The staff are also helpful and friendly. Room is nice, spacious, good working AC. Location is perfect, just block to many points of interest and shopping area. If I travel to Hanoi, surely will stay in this hotel. |

The location of the Queen Star Hotel is convenient. All the staff were friendly and helpful. All speak fluent English and some can speak French and Chinese. The service was great and thoughtful. I would definitely stay at the Queen Star Hotel in the future. |

location to Old Town Pretty noisy; staff seemed to not know much English. They seemed to Lose interest in us when we didn't book tours with them. We did appreciate the free pick-up at airport, but on check-out, we could have been charged, until I reminded them. Super basic breakfast (egg, roll, no fruit.) We would recommend bumping up a level for most people. |
