Rex Hotel  

Excelente hotel. Localização perfeita. Com transito livre, 15 min. Do aeroporto. Localização excelente. Ala nova: quartos gigantescos com excelente acabamento e manutenção. Bar no topo show de bola. Só não peça o "rex burguer". Bem meia boca... Restaurante espanhol a uma quadra nota 10. 2 quadras vila com 10 restaurantes show. Povo hospitaleiro. Muita sujeira e sem saneamento. Sofreram na mão dos americanos. Imperdivel: tuneis cu chi, museu da guerra e passeio no mekong river.

Nice rooms with an extra small room in the room for kids. Two pools (a bit dated though). Good breakfast facilities.

A bit dated. Expected a bit more luxury for the price you pay.... Pool towls, for instance, were very old and ripped on the sides.

The location is quite good for visitor to Saigon. Service is comfortable also.

That it was a terrace especially fornew year. But nobody told us thatwe have to book an arrangement at the hotel, so when we came back from dinner with friends in town we wanted to have a drink at the roof top bar but we could not get in. Very bad service not to inform that in our room so that we could go another place. We missed New year because of your arrangement......not good.

The Rex hotel has a storied past that adds to it allure.

That the reception asked to see the marriage certificate of my Vietnam- born wife.

The breakfast buffet is great, the gym is sparkling new and well- equipped, and there is no other place to be but the rooftop sipping sunset cocktails. Almost everything you need to see and eat is within a 20-minute walk - it's a great town to stroll about.

We weren't informed when we made our reservation that we had to pay for and attend a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner, which turned out to be absolutely disappointing with poor food and entertainment. Also, the old wing of the hotel could use a facelift for the five-star rating of the hotel.

I like Rex! YOur staff is great and the experiance is good as always

Too noisy!!!!!

i booked a junior suite and when we arrived the suite had no windows, the hotel moved me to another room with a window but no view, moved again and it was good. it left a bad feeling with us, i would have to think again if we are to use booking.com as we feel that a junior suite should have all the trimmings. if we had booked a deluxe room god only knows where the room would have been

Staff incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. The room was beautiful and spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location close to markets, shops and restaurants.

wi-fi connection was poor

The staf were exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. Service was really good. The in house facilities such as the gym was excellent.

No bad news.

The bufet breakfast was good. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms insulation was not good esp. The junior suite,old wing, with no windows. Noises from the outside traffic was loud and disturbing esp. In the evening and early morning hours. Had to change room after 1 night. Air conditioning of corridors along the hotel rooms could better.

I liked the location and the staff were very friendly.

I thought the room looked tired. The knob on the closet fell off for example.
