River Beach Resort & Residences  

Жили в семейном номере. В номере понравилось всё. 2 больших комнаты и балкон. Два санузела, два холодильника, сейфа и чайника. Очень удобные кровати и огромные по размеру. Завтрак типа шведский стол. Содержащий большое количество фруктов. Огромным плюсом является трансфер от отеля до центра города, который ходит 5 раз в день. Гости отеля в основном богатые вьетнамцы.

We loved the ambiance of River Beach. It was clean, open, and peaceful. Our room overlooked the pool which was set in the middle of the resort that opens up to the river. Across the street we could easily walk to the beach and there were chairs and towels waiting for us at a designated spot.

Our only complaint was during check-out. The employee at the desk forgot to give us our passports back and did not compensate us for her mistake. Before traveling to Vietnam we had never been asked to surrender our passports during our stay, so we were not used to checking for them after check-out. Half way to the airport the employee calls our taxi driver and tells him that we need to turn around. We get back to the hotel for our passports and the employee did not even offer to pay for our extended taxi ride that made us late to our flight. The cab driver was throwing a fit about wanting extra money. So we got out of his cab and grabbed another taxi and we were still offered no compensation for this inconvenience.

Great pool and location as we wanted to be by the beach,

Our room was a bit dated but great view and we had trouble with the hot water, after 3 attempts it was fixed

The staff were excellent, the grounds were lovely & very well kept, breakfast was always delicious & loads of choice

Outside lounges could have been better, meals could have been better, some of the meals were very bland, (breakfast was always great)

The hotel was very peaceful and the staff were friendly. The beach was great.

A little too far from town but not too out of the way.

Overall - happy with standard and service. .

Only downside was that the walls in the room were very thin and outside noise was very audible

Good pool and quiet area. Nice view over the river and near the beach.

La posizione sul fiume è suggestiva. A soli 100 metri dalla spiaggia

Odore di fogna pungente sia nei bagni sia nel giardino con piscina. Praticamente impossibile soffermarsi sulla terrazza sul fiume. Struttura vecchia di categoria inferiore a quella dichiarata. Prezzo esagerato per un hotel vietnamita. Nella stessa Hoi Ian è possibile (l'ho fatto) soggiornare in hotel che con metà della spesa offrono un eccellente servizio senza la presunzione del River Beach

Buena relación calidad precio, buenas instalaciones, limpieza y confort, ubicado junto a la playa y con buena piscina. Internet gratuito. Servicio de bus gratuito a Hoi An.

Lieu agréable donnant sur la rivière et à deux pas de la plage. Le jardin situé au centre des bâtiments est agréménté d'une joli piscine et quelques tables au bord de la rivière lui donne un charme romantique . Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un petit balcon, préférez les chambres côté rivière. Le restaurant propose une carte avec un bon rapport qualité- prix pour la catégorie.Bon petit déjeuner. Il est malgré tout peu fréquenté les résidents préférant le charme de la ville de Hoi An ou les restaurants de fruits de mer au bord de l'eau.

Ahnungslose Mitarbeiter geben sich nach besten Möglichkeiten Mühe und sind auch stets freundlich.

Das Hotel ist eine einzige Baustelle. SChon um 06:00 fängt das gehämmer an. Ein 'Betrug', dass das beim Buchen als Einschränkung nicht mitgeteilt wird. Auch sonst gibt es für das gleiche Geld in Hoi An besseres.
