SPA services " hidden payment" you need to pay the hotel USD 12, the tip that I need to pay to massager is USD 7. (Just make it clear the payment already inclusive for the massagers)

I was shocked to go to the spa for a Thai massage, then to be asked for a tip, and even told it was not enough. My companion received the same treatment. Tips are voluntary.

The hotel design is nice

The staff is really highly unprofessional. We have been woken up every morning by the cleaning shouting in the corridor, talking at the phone etc.. At the reception thy made a mistake for the taxi reservation and they tried to refuse us a taxi

The location was quite central. There aren't many bars in the immediate area, so head to the backpackers area, about 5 mins walk away on de tham street. The cafe across the street is good. The market is close by. Value for money wise I thought the hotel was good

The breakfast was the same each day. Too much Asian not enough western I don't want fish for breakfast. Thank you. I had ants in my room. Annoying little things.

the wall paper is romantic and decoration is sweet. The computer in the room is convenient for travelers.

Was good and clean. Tour organised was good although some confusion over timing. We though there were two tours so we took the early one. Found out the second pick-up was same bus - just returned after doing tour of HCM.

We were given an upgraded room but it was just outside the restaurant. Was OK cos we were getting up early - but is not recommended if you want a long lie

Room was clean, comfortable bed, and good location near the market. They found my wife's phone after she lost it at breakfast. We appreciated that.

Possibly the worst staff I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. First of all they kept our passports when we checked in. When I realised and went back down to reception I was told that was their policy. When I told them they cannot keep the passports, she wanted to keep my credit card. I had to explain to her that you authorise a card first then pay when you are leaving. This appeared a complete alien concept to them, so I just paid upfront to spare myself the pain of further conversation. Upgraded to the 'VIP' room, which wasn't as big as I thought it might be. Breakfast was mostly Asian, which is fair enough as it appears to cater for the Asian market rather than Westerners. There are a million other better places to stay nearby.

The hotel is very clean and near to main city attractions

Excellent location. Good for shopping. Nearby markets. We also walked from the War Remnants Museum, and the Palace. The rooms are gorgeous. We stayed in the standard Superior Double. It is great, with a flat screen, cable, and single spa bath. It also has a PC for internet acess. The room is small, and bathroom is one of those glass squares in the corner of the room though. We stayed in 3 hotels in Vietnam, and this was by far the best value for money and best furnished.

Hotel cleaning staff starting cleaning our room when we went out for breakfast. i guess it's our own fault because we didn't put the sign on the door? The thing is they were cleaning it about 10am, and we were due to check out that day, and check out is 12 noon. We politely asked the cleaner to leave when we returned the room- all our bags were still in there. But she didn't take the hint and we ended up packing our things around her.

They have foot massage, body & spa. Also have a cosy small pub.Have no time for their breakfast even is free. Good.

A nice and convinien hotel

The design of the room is pretty nice. Some of the staff are really friendly esp one of the night shift guys. Many condiments available in the hotel room, some can be consumed at a certain price. Location is pretty good, near Ben Thanh market and if you're willing to walk a bit more, its not very far from Japanese area, Saigon Square and even backpackers area (but cab is really very cheap though, there's really no need to walk that much). Nice food available around the hotel, if you're willing to try some of their hawker food.

Floors in our hotel room was very dusty on the first day, seemed like the room was not occupied for awhile. Bedsheets weren't very clean, also dusty. It was all better after our next room service. There were many ants on the floor near the cupboards and fridge, but it was quickly resolved with an insecticide provided by the hotel staff. During our 2nd day stay at the hotel, the hotel lobby underwent some redecorating and renovation, causing the entire lobby to be really dusty and had a strong paint smell. But when we were checking out, we could see the almost finished reno / decor and the wall paintings should look really nice. Its not bad for free-hand painting.

The room had a feature wall which was nice.

We didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel. The staff weren't friendly and they couldn't speak english. There wasn't enough food at breakfast and it was cold. The selection of room service food wasn't much better and when it arrived at our room it too was cold.

The internet service is free and fast.

Located 2minutes from ben thanh market. Very convenient to go to mornin/night market. Interior design looks like a million bucks, bt price ws very affordable (110usd/3d2n) Hotel staff (reception/guard) was v helpful, and was able to communicate in english. There ws a pc in d room + free wifi. Very very useful. Bed was very comfortable.

Jacuzzzi only fits one, better if for two. Jacuzzi and shower are together, prefer to be seperated for hygiene purposes. Breakfast must come early, came at 10++ and food was 80% gone. Deluxe room ws a lil cramp. Shudve taken d superior room.

The hotel has a sauna, fitness center, spacious rooms, computer room (the representative), a good conditioner. No problems with the taxi, they are always there on the porch. Saigon near the museum also near the Notre Dame. In the room we find a good mini-bar service.

The hotel is hard to find, despite the fact that he is at the heart of the city. Resort to a taxi service! Poor view from the window. Only on the road or into the yards. The narrow, tight corridors. The restaurant in the lobby.
