Friendly and supportive staff. Good breakfast. The massage unit right down stair was so relaxing, what a right choice of mine! When I came my booked room already gone then they upgraded to a deluxe one with capacity of 04 persons with the same price, so appreciated for that though the room was too big for a lonely person :)
No soundproofing wall. Could hear clearly the water dropping down in the next door bathroom when having a shower.
Everything is very very clean. The location of the hotel is good and it is easy to access to many things there hence, it is not located at the noisy area. The staff is very friendly. In additional, there is spa treatment facilities too.
We are staying at standard room just behind the reception desk, in the morning and night, sometimes they were cleaning or moving something, it became very noisy. Breakfast variety is little. The prices of their spa treatment is quite expensive.
The staff was very helpful and kind. The location was really good close to the Benh than and other markets. Great breakfasts. Good size Room was very clean with nice smell. We can choose it again if and when Visit to HCMC again.
Staff very kind, I had a misunderstanding with the mini bar charge And the recepcionist solve it. The location is so good!

The hotel is in perfect location, everything is nearby (food, travel, schopping...). Clean rooms, comfy beds. Staff is also very helpful. It was our second stay there and next time, we will stay there again with great pleasure.
Not much - rooms can be a bit noisy, there might be no windows in your room (but it is clearly stated during booking)... But you are probably not there to enjoy your room too much but the city and for that this hotel is perfect.
The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. I have a very enjoyable stay at this hotel, will most probably comes back to this hotel again on my next visit.
The position of the toilet rolls as it almost cause the glass to falls off the holder as i reach for the rolls.
Very clean rooms, with a safe and free water & fruit. Bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was nice. Staff were helpful for the most part
Room was noisy, but it is a very central busy location. Staff at reception did not want to give us back our passports after we checked in, and seemed to suggest that they could be stolen if left in the safe in the room, and it wouldn't be their responsibility if that happened. A different staff member told us that people had been known to break into rooms and take things. The safe itself then took a few attempts each time to lock / open. We didn't have any bad experiences in Ho Chi Minh, but all of this did freak us out for the first days of our stay
Perfect location. Great value for money.
Extremly helpful staff, good location, good wifi
Extremely helpful staff. Clean rooms. Located in the backpackers' area, which is convenient but... I don't really like that atmosphere. Nice view from the rooms on the 6th floor. Room on the 2nd floor are quiet.
Rooms on the 6th floor are quite noisy (nightclubs). Others lack daylight.
This hotel is ideally situated in the backpackers district. This will guarantee 24h of entertainment in front of your hotel. The staff is very friendly and help you in all ways possible. Very good value for money.
Front facing rooms are quite noisy.
The staff is really great and they do their best to help you. The room is clean, silent, comfortable, good air conditioning, but the best is the location - it is safe and near everything.
I've been in several hotels (going through Malasya, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and Singaporte) and it was the worst internet connection. Well, there's so much to see on this city that the internet connection isn't really important...
Lovely clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms and facility's.
All Desktop in the room
Window in bathroom to the room. To much light... Pillow to big
Location 100% recomended
staff, wifi clean, nice location
rooms on the street side are noisy at night
Nice ,helpful and kind staff
The warm friendly staff. From first time of arrival, to day of departure, their friendly disposition never changed. The door men who welcomed me, and gave personal security instructions whenever left "home" Reception staff Winnie, and Ly, were always so helpful. I loved coming home to be greeted by Wynnie's charming smile. Never lose that smile Winnie. Breakfast time was another bonus,Phuong and Huong, so friendly and attentive . I could never complain about the great breakfasts. stayed seven nights, (seven great breakfasts) My room was kept spotless by the cleaning staff. Location was great. My windowless room was normally a quiet and cool refuge.
Noisy neighbors.(Not party animals.) Very little the hotel could do about this. Fortunately the noisy ones moved on after one night. By now most travelers come equipped with their own laptops, or tablets, but not me. I was at the mercy of very slow operating system computer provided. Hint, get up early, the PC seems to go better then. Most times my emails came and went. Give the computer plenty of time to think, and settle down before giving it anything to do. To me having the computer in my room was a bonus.
The hotel is just off the main strip but close enough to the action. Good value for money and fairly competent staff. We upgraded to a larger room with a window for an extra $10/night.
The room for some reason didn't have a shower curtain and they gladly provided one when we asked but the washroom floors were always soaked. It was very noisy so I recommend ear plugs.
The receptionists, especially Tao, spoke great english and were very helpfull. The Room was spacious and well equiped
the breakfast could have been better
