Very helpful staff, great value for money, rooms clean with comfortable bed linen, Good shower and reasonable breakfast. Everything within walking distance cheap rooms didnt have windows but this is common with budget hotels in Vietnam and keeps the room cooler

Location. Very central right on the madness of the backpacker/tourist quarter however.... Noisiest place we have ever stayed....in the world. We were placed on the 6th floor at the back and the noise from karaoke was absolutely absurd. Spoke to the management and they placed us at the front of the hotel and we were kept awake all night from the traffic noise. Bloody horrendous. Also, perhaps our mistake, but breakfast wasnt included - an additional $3 each which makes this hotel poor value. There are much much better options out there....

Staff was nice. Location was fantastic. Despite being in the middle of the "action" it was a relatively quiet hotel. The soupcart lady just outside brewed up the BEST soup. well...breakfast is small and menu is extremely confusing with all its checkboxes. Bathroom was filled with mould and in general was pretty gross. Door to it was broken and they never fixed it, though we asked several times. Cramped space for a family, and at $45 a night I expected more quite frankly. Tours booked through hotel are MUCH more expensive than the ones you can get through the many, many tour agencies nearby.

Location. Very hard uncomfortable bed, the ac didn't work, my bedside lamp didn't work and neither did the safe. I was meant to stay longer but left after one night .The staff were not all that professional or friendly compared to other hotels in Vietnam.

Perfect location close to everything you want to see in Saigon. Plus, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Laundry service is excellent - cleanest clothes since home! :-)

Good sound proofing - very little noise from the road, we were on the 3rd floor at the front. Good Aircon, staff were nice. Shower coil was broken so water went everywhere when you tried to have a shower. TV reception not great and breakfast wasnt he best only being able to have a cup of te or a juice as a drink (i.e. not both). Service at breakfast was slow when they are busy.

The reception staff was very helpful, efficient and always friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant at the 10th floor was pleasant, the choice of food okay and included in our room rate. We had a quadruple room which was very small but clean and it had all the amenities (TV bathroom fridge safe). Nothing to complain. Thanks a lot.

location. staff very noisy - doors to rooms were stiff and therefore people slammed them on going out or coming in. this noise travelled all the way up the stairwell. as did noise of people coming back to rooms late at night and discussing next day's activities etc

Great location, breakfast was very nice. Friendly staff and computers in lobby very handy Funny smell in our room. Room was noisy in the morning as next to stairs to breakfast restaurant, however this would only be a problem in that particular room.
