Saigon Star Hotel  

This was my second stay at Saigon Star, I really love this hotel \(^o^)/~ 1) Reasonable price: only USD 49 per night, no surcharge for payment by credit card. 2) Good location: in the center of HCMC, very convenient for travel. 3) Considerate services: delicious meals, clean laundry, fantastic massage, nice housekeeping...all at an affordable price for common people. 4) One Sales Rep called Miss Thuy was really lovely and thoughtful, her response to guest's needs and requirements were always quick and helpful. Btw, her smile was so sweet and charming lol...

1) Food price for in-room dining was increased by 10%, one simple meal may cost around vnd 100k (usd 5), but price for laundry and mini-bar remained the same; 2) I didn't see any receptionist girls at the front desk this time. If the former receptionist girls were fired due to my "complaints", I will be so sorry for that. I think being naughty is just one way of showing loveliness of girls. I suggest Saigon Star to arrange some girl receptionists since they are more patient and careful to guests. 3) Should the staff speaks better English, Saigon Star will be more attractive for foreign guests.

1. One girl (Receptionist) used to be naughty and pretended to be non-English speaking, hehe~ but it's OK; 2. No jigi-jigi on call service, haha~; 3. English should be improved.

Central position, close to Reunification Palace/War Remnants Museum etc.

Neither restauant was able to provide a meal at 8.00pm!

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for shopping and running around Unification Palace in the morning. Reasonable price, good value for money.

这里的人都超级友好，遇到一个前台妹纸Thuy，人非常好，非常热情，我们要去美奈，但是酒店早就定光了，- 后来在thuy的帮助下，我们定到一个非常便宜的VIP海景房，当天她打了超多电话帮我们各种问，很感谢她- 。我们玩的非常开心，路上做大巴遇到很多问题，也都全部打电话给Thuy当翻译。saigon star的早餐超级豪华，自助非常好吃，尤其是那个牛肉米粉，大家一定要多吃点。一开始还觉得saigon- star 地理位置一般，后来在周围走动了一下才发现，原来他坐落在超级好的位置，市中心的感觉，却又闹中取静，和闹- 事中间隔着个park。总的感觉就是太棒了！I LOVE HCMC。下次来我一定还住saigon star

Mindennap friss ágyneműt húztak,palackozott vizet és gyümölcstálat kaptunk a szobába ajándékba.Elhelyezkedése kiváló azok számára,akik szeretnének olykor friss levegőhöz is jutni a város szmogjából,ugyanis a szállodával szemben található egy nagy park,mely tele van szebbnél szebb egzotikus növénnyel,tavacskákkal,pillangókkal!

Egyhangú,kevésbé változatos reggeli,nem megfelelő víznyomás a zuhanyzóban
