El desayuno no tiene calidad ni variedad es muy deficiente

La ubicacion es buena aunque era bastante ruidoso.

Internet funcionaba bastante mal y "el comedor" era muy pequeño y estaba al lado de la recepción.

Perfectamente localizado y la amabilidad del personal

Las habitaciones de abajo son muy ruidosas y tienen poca luz

This hotel is near to all important places to visit in Distric1. The location is very good. The services are good and the staff is very polite. Good price/quality ratio. We have enjoyed a lot Ho Chi Minh city

Although the breakfast ir good, the hotel has a small room for having it. If you want to have breakfast as soon as you reach the coffe-place you should weak up early and have a little luck.

Service was excellent, breakfast was good both western and oriental, room was clean and comfortable and not to much noice from the street. This hotel is at a good location very near Ben Tahn Market, with a booking office for booking all sort of (day)trips just down the street. There is always a taxi in front of the hotel when you need one. Waterbottles were provided in the bathroom to brush your teeth.

Room had only one chair and there was no facility to boil water for tea or coffee in both rooms I stayed in.

The location of Sanouva hotel right behind the famous Ben Thanh market is hard to beat. Most of the key tourist sights are a 3 - 20 minute walk from the hotel. Our deluxe room was comfortable, very clean and while it was slightly small, it was extremely quiet. I was on the top floor (9th floor) and far away from the endless honking city traffic with a nice window view of the new Bitexco skyscraper in the distance. The air conditioning in the room worked flawlessly in the humid heat and there was an endless supply of hot water in the shower. The front desk staff were efficient with passable English. But what really made our stay at Sanouva was the doorman/concierge, Hoang (pronounced Hwang), who took the initiative to ask us what we were looking for and answered all our questions on "where to find the best Bahn Mi in Saigon" and "where to find the best Pho Bo". He even provided a comparison of eating places, told us how to walk to these eating places and what was the best time to go/when it was open. The places that Hoang recommended were not touristy joints (certainly not listed in The Lonely Planet guidebook) but real Saigon food eaten by locals. The food was delicious and it was fascinating to watch how Saigon locals cook and eat. Hoang also gave us an idea of the going rate to tailor a shirt. Oh, yes -- the hotel's daily buffet breakfast - while it was a relatively small buffet -- it was a nice mix of local and Western food, done simply and well using fresh local ingredients. At USD65 a night (all taxes included), I'm absolutely planning to stay at Sanouva again the next time I'm in HCMC.

Great location for HCMC stay near main Market, Reunification palace and War museum. Room is comfortable and quiet. Good air con. Breakfast was also good and choice of day trip is good. All in all, I would recommend for visiting HCMC and Mekong tours.

The rooms are great, complete actually. Tooth brush, sufficient towel, good shower room, shampoo,body wash, comb, slippers. Safety box and free bottled water. I didnt expect it for the price of 65 usd. Im expecting a budget accomodation. Breakfast buffet has around 3 to 4 hot dishes. With coffee or juice, milk and yogart! Youll be surprise that the small hotel offers big service. Receptionist are all friendly, they show concern and would always remind you of your safety. Tips is overflowing, where to go, where to dine. I love the staff! Highly recemmendable, im sure to come back in this hotel.

This was our third stay at the Sanouva and it continues to impress. The service, location and value for money is hard to match.

The Staff are super friendly, room are cozy, breakfast are simple and just nice !! highly recommend for young couple traveler like us ~

A bit pricey, not much veggie options for breakfast

Hotel was in a good location next to bin tang market there was a commonwealth bank atm around the corner so easy to get money out easy stroll to concomitant centre and war remnants museum , all in all a good hotel
