Excelente ubicación, muy céntrico, a 10 minutos andando de Ben Than Market. La habitación muy limpia, el baño magnífico.

El desayuno, poco variado. Se echa de menos algo de bollería.

Muy buena ubicación y relación calidad precio.

Bastante bien en general.

El desayuno continental es demasiado pobre. Solamente consta de tostadas y mantequilla o pan.

Las habitaciones de abajo son muy ruidosas y tienen poca luz

I was recommended this hotel by a local Vietnamese contact and booked via booking.com I was pleasantly surprised from the moment the taxi pulled up outside. All staff were friendly,polite and extremely helpful . The reception staff spoke very good English.The hotel was very confortable and charming - one of the best decorated hotel I came across during my 2 weeks exploration of Vietnam. Breakfast offers a good mix of Western and Asian food and no complaints at all ...well apart from minor issue of tiny cereal bowls - smile. I really cannot fault this hotel, was so thoroughly impressed on my first visit that rebooked it on returning to hcm at end of my travels. Definitely recommend it ......but book well ahead as this is definitely a popular and worthwhile place to stay!!!! Great place!

Very helpfull reception, clean room and surprisingly good breakfast for such a small hotel.

Very nice Hotel - Whilst 3 star i think it is much nicer than New World Hotel which is 5 star. Quiet, good location and good value. Very helpful staff.

If you book any tours with them, they want cash or they charge 10% extra. So you might be taking out millions of dong just to save some money so this was inconveniant

great room with good comfortable bed and excellent shower. The staff were very helpful, particularly the lovely girl at the reception desk who organised travel and tour bookings.

the breakfast was buffet style with western food limited and cold unless you are an earlybird.

Hotel was relatively new and clean. Location was great as it was quite central to most things in and around District 1 and all within walking distance. Only 5 mins walk to the Ben Thanh Markets. Air conditioning, TV, and in-room WiFi was all great and worked well.

Buffet breakfast was fairly small in terms of choice and too basic with not enough of the local food. Being boutique/design style hotel meant missing out on some basics such as simple tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Outside noise was kept out well enough, but the inner walls were thin enough that loud guests entering their rooms could be heard quiet clearly.
