Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spotless and comfortable, location was peaceful and across the road from the beach (with access included), coffee was Vietnamese strong (ie the strongest on a par with a good Italian espresso, but Vietnamese roast/flavour), food local and setting both rural and a little quirky kitsch. Had a lovely time

Not sure it warrants the "Boutique" label, sets an expectation that is not fulfilled from my western eye. At first I was disappointed, but after spending the night, happy I´d stayed (see above). So could cause others to feel the same and maybe not check in or resent paying a slightly higher than normal "boutique" price tag (though not unreasonable for location and the fact we were there on very busy public holiday). Oh and Wifi was not working well when we were there, but maybe just temp glitch.

Not many complaints about this place. My room was extra large and spotless. Restaurant food was above average and a nice and relaxing place to eat. Couldn't find the swimming pool. Maybe they meant the bath tub? I especially enjoyed the long necked Vietnamese deer in the garden.

WiFi in restaurant only but good bars. No Baileys for my iced coffee.
