The staff and service were terrific. They were very willing to help us understand what could be done and learn about Sapa and the culture. Staying at this hotel was like staying at a friends place. Nothing really.

The service was first class - they couldn't do enough to make your start memorable. They even collected our luggage (18 bags) from our previous hotel, free of charge. When we arrived, we were given free wine to enjoy. I would definitely be staying here again when we return.

This hotel is just excellent, they arranged also pick up from the station for us so we were nicely surprised when we got out of the train that we did not have to look for taxi. Very clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, in the centre but quiet and you can easily access Cat cat village. We took also one of their sapa tours and we really enjoyed it.

The comfortable room, complete with an electric heating blanket and a heating lamp for the cold nights. Also the complimentary breakfast was excellent, complete with a choice of western food and vietnamese pho.

Got an early check in, which was very appreciated after a night train ride from Hanoi.Room was spacious and we had heated blankets; very nice as it was cold and misty as we arrived.Extremely friendly personnel. I had sent a request for pick up to booking.com that was well communicated to the hotel but not to me. If the bus driver had not looked for we would have paid 200.000 dong extra. Booking.com should have sent me a confirmation.

The friendly staff and the computer room Keep in mind that the hotel has no heating, electric stoves only about giving more light than heat, it's cold in Sapa, the only way to stay in the room is dressed in street clothes and got into bed. The bathroom has a vent opening through which enters the cold and the shower has you risk catching a cold.

The hotel is well located in the city. Lovely staff and does everything to please the customer stay at the hotel. Good breakfast. Highly recommend the hotel. A smell of mold in the rooms (we called in many excellent hotels that smell, the problem probably because of the humidity in the city). Not critical and can live with it.

The location was good, close to the wet market and many shops. The reception was helpful and linked me up with other guests, so that we could go day trekking with good price. He also offered me to use the bathroom after trekking and before getting on the evening train. I really appreciated they helped to clean our muddy shoes after trekking. The staff also helped to carry luggage up the staircase.

Great location - near sapa market from one side and near the entrance to Cat cat village from the other. The staff is super friendly and always smiling. The helped us with laundry, tickets to village tour (private your with local guide from the village shuttle to board with china and bus tickets to kunming - all these in very reasonable prices. There is not much choices of breakfast meals, but all the food served is fresh and tasty (especially the fresh baked baguettes) Wifi connection was very good

Sapa Luxury Hotel has a great location for exploring the area around Sapa. The room was comfortable and had a great view. The bed was comfortable and the water hot, if a little sparse. Breakfast was well prepared with three options; eggs, pho, or pancake. The staff, espeially Ching, make this a great place to stay. In the eight nights we were there he was super at helping us enjoy the Sapa area and to book onward travel. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Eat at Nature View just down the street. Great food and best value in town.

Our trip to beautiful Sapa was made special by the stay at the Luxury hotel. Hotel is well located with clean comfortable rooms and good breakfast. But what really sets it apart is the friendly helpful staff and especially mr. M. Long. Always there, always smiling and ready to help with tours, train tickets, sightseeing advice or any request associated with hotel stay. Highly recommended.

The fantastic service. Very friendly staff who were more than happy to let us use a shower once we arrived from a very early train trip from Hanoi, even though we couldn't check in at that stage.
