Friendly staff, not so good english spoken, but Nice place to stay anyway! We would have liked to have bedlight in our room.

Service was great. Breakfast was good. Also good to have access to the internet, shuttle and an airport transfer upon request. By 7am it was noisy every morning due to road traffic noise carrying up to the room.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The positive side: good location, although not directly on the beach, good restaurants and cloths shops nearby the hotel, colonial style rooms (not too modern, kind of romantic:)). Negative experiences: terrible staff performance, no english at all, unable to organize anything (we were woken up 1 hour earlier than agreed, waiting for the airport shuttle, but nobody came etc...brr....) Lud noise of electric cables in front of the hotel...but after a while you can get used to it...

Great location You can hear and see the electricity outside the room, feels a bit unsafe. Also, no -one would ever use the pool - too small and too close to the main road!

The online booking was easy, the location of the hotel was good and the room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle bus driver who was to pick us up in Hoi An came to our hotel and then drove off twice - the hotel staff ran after him once. The hotel made amends by paying for our taxi instead to get to the Sea and Sand. Pity the driver didn't take a bit more care.

Wenige Schritte zum sehr schönen Strand, mit preiswertem Taxi zur "Altstadt", hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstück alles war wie erwartet und beschrieben

Gute Lage am Strand (300 m entfernt). Kostenlose Strand-Liegen mit Polster und sauberen Handtuechern bei GoBy (mit Voucher-Karte, deswegen kein offensives Vẻrkaufen der Réstaurant-Dienstleistungen). Schoener Strand mit klarem Wasser (Maerz). Vier kostenlose Mini-Bus-Trànsfers in die super-idyllische Altstadt von Hoi An und zurueck (sonst 3 US $ mit Taxi = 60.000 Dong mit Taxameter ). Schoene Balkone bei Zimmern nach vorn (teilweise Meererblick). Kleiner Swimming-Pool, akzeptables Fruehstueck. Super-nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit, saubere Betten, Bettwaesche, Handtuecher, saubere Zimmer. Einziges "preiswerte" Hotel direkt am Strand. Der Aufzug riecht sehr verspakt (Schimmel im Aufzugsschacht???)

сносная гостиница за свои деньги. обычная ***. если вы приехали на пляж, то она вам подойдет, а до центра города придется ехать 10-15 минут. после 23-00 персонал размещается для сна в лобби отеля. завтрак по меню состоит из одного блюда.

Położenie hotelu.Bardzo blisko piękna piaża I wokół pełno różnych restauracji ze znakomitym jedzeniem.Bezpłatny I dobrze zorganizowany przewóz gości hotelowych do centrum pięknego starego miasta Hoi An. Dowóz I przywóz z lotniska w cenie znacznie niższej niż taxi. Hotel w stylu hoteli polskich z lat 70-tych.Po wejściu do pokoju hotelowego niezbyt miły zapach stęchlizny.Zapach ten jest również wyczuwalny w innych pomieszczeniach włącznie z windą.

Jag gillar läget. 200m till stranden och nära till ett gäng restauranger med god mat. Lite snålt tilltagen frukost i förhållande till andra hotell i samma prisklass. Inga möjligheter att betala med kreditkort innan kl 0800 eller efter 1600...tänk på det när ni checkar ut. Och det kostar dubbelt att hyra cykel eller scooter jämfört med grannen 20m utanför...
