Hotel placed not far from the airport, on big but quite (compare to old city) street. Old furniture, smoke smell in the room, cockroaches in lobby and dinning room. Swimming pool have very cold water.

Không Phục vụ không tốt. Nhiều khách xuống ăn sáng lúc 8h30 thì nhà hàng đã dọn sạch. Cửa sổ không có khóa. Giá cả đắt hơn rất nhiều lần, chất lượng lại rất kém.

Das Seastar ist ein eigentlich recht neues Hotel an einer neu gestalteten Strasse gelegen. Zur Innenstadt ca. 10 min Taxi. Zimmer recht groß. Viel Personal. Leider ist das Hotel zwar recht neu, aber schlecht gepflegt. Das ist häufig in Asien der Fall. Prächtig und großzügig gebaut, aber dann wenig Investitionen zum Erhalt. Was allerdings für ein 4 Sterne Haus absolut (auch in Vietnam) nicht geht, sind Tiere (Kakerlaken in allen Größen) auf dem Zimmer und Restaurant. Das läßt sich mit einfachen und regelmäßigen Aktionen beheben (aber wie gesagt, anscheinend viel Personal aber wenig Geld für Investitionenen).
