Waehrend unseres 3-taegigen Aufenthalts im lauten und dreckigen Hanoi haben wir das Serenade Hotel als komfortablen und sauberen Zufluchtsort empfunden!! Das Hotel ist noch relativ neu, die Zimmer sind wunderschoen eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber! Das Fruehstueck ist nicht ueberwaeltigend, aber in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. |

good location in Old Quarter and interesting 'retro' decor - don't be put off by the deceptive frontage...excellent value in comparison to the French Quarter |

The staff do not communicate at all well and this causes many issues when checking out or agreeing room rates. Breakfast is an extremely dull affair with stale cereal and little other real options. Furthermore the locality is really not great - for the price ($135 per night) you'd expect a better service and area. |

Location is very centric. Also right next to KFC. Hotel seems new. Bathroom is good. Bed is good. Not so noisy assuming it is in old quarter. Taxi driver had difficulties in finding this hotel, because it is small. Make sure taxi driver reads and speaks good enlgish to understand where he needs to drive you |

everything was perfect till the last day.it was Dec 25th and our plain was at midnight,so we asked for long check out and the hotel stuff gave us a good price.later we were told that our room is no longer avalible and we could move to another which was even cheaper,we didn't complain coz just need room for a few hours before 10hours flyght.finaly when we ckecked out we were charged full price! |

The hotel is much better than what you think out og the information provided online (maybe it was recently remodeled). The decorations is excellent, very clean and new and it couldn't be better located: right in the middle of the night market and 2 minutes walk from the water muppet theatre! |

I like the internet and breakfast included in the price. The staff always very friendly in a natural way. A very comfortable hotel with a/c and a nice shower in the heart of the city. The daily complimentary fruits was also a nice touch. |

Good price and comfortable room I paid with a credit card and was told at checkout there was a 3% charge for using credit card. I told the lady on the front desk that they need to tell their customers this and have a sign on their registration desk, in full view of the cutomers. She agreed with me. I hope they do this |

A newly renovated hotel opened in early 2008 in the fascinating and hectic Old Quarter.It has some beautiful designer bedrooms with equally stylish ensuite bathrooms. I had a City View Room at the rear, which was spacious and very quiet. The staff all spoke English to some extent and were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely choose it again for my next vist to Hanoi. |

８Ｆにあるマッサージが最悪。ぼったくり＆袖の下を要求された。技術的にも全くダメ。あれで２０ドルとは、驚いた。本場のタイならその３分の１で済む。 |

外観はこじんまりして、一瞬大丈夫？と思いましたが、ホテルの中はとても清潔で部屋もきれいで落ち着いています。インターネット無料も仕事で来ている者には有難いし、立地がわかりやすいのでタクシーで来ても問題ありません。①バスタブがない②ケーブルテレビではNHKは入らない③小さな窓しかなかった ですがそれが気にならない人には良いホテルだと思います。私は気に入りましたが、ベトナム人の知人に言わせると、立地は良いとはいえ、価格は安くないという評価でした。 |
