The location was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Once inside the doors of the hotel it was very quiet considering it was such a noisy street. Our room didn't have a window. Doesn't cater for a 3rd person in a room.

Escaping the hustle and bustle of Hanoi as soon as you opened the doors The double glazing very soundproof The staff very dismissive ruse and unhelpful everything seemed to be a hassle bellboy stood over me waiting for a rip when I had given him more than enough to buy an adaptor at the hotels suggestion then he came back with a used one kept the money and demanded a tip for minutes very rude breakfast horrible room never cleaned for three night stay bananas pls and spotted on arrival

Localisation ideale en plein coeur d'Hanoi. Chambre et salle de bain propres, spacieuses et confortables, modernes en terme d'equipement mais de style/ deco local. Personnel devoue et serviable. Acces internet dans le lobby de l'hotel, gratuit (comme presque partout au Vietnam.

Pas grand chose. Assez déçu par l'hotel et notamment les chambres sans fenetre alors qu'il s'agissait de chambres de luxe. Le manque de transparence sur le niveau de confort et la qualité des chambres;
