清潔。立地条件良し（便利）。最も道路から離れた部屋に宿泊したせいか、夜も静かだった。 あの価格なら、もう少し朝食を充実させて欲しい。 |

８Ｆにあるマッサージが最悪。ぼったくり＆袖の下を要求された。技術的にも全くダメ。あれで２０ドルとは、- 驚いた。本場のタイならその３分の１で済む。 |

外観はこじんまりして、一瞬大丈夫？と思いましたが、ホテルの中はとても清潔で部屋もきれいで落ち着いてい- ます。インターネット無料も仕事で来ている者には有難いし、立地がわかりやすいのでタクシーで来ても問題あ- りません。①バスタブがない②ケーブルテレビではNHKは入らない③小さな窓しかなかった ですがそれが気にならない人には良いホテルだと思います。私は気に入りましたが、ベトナム人の知人に言わせ- ると、立地は良いとはいえ、価格は安くないという評価でした。 |

Kindness and professionnalism of the staff. Very good breakfast, comfort of the room,design ; location near the lake, quietness, possibilty of massage, terrace on the top of the hotel, connexion to internet No window in my room and the lack of shelves for putting clothes and other things.If you stay 2 or 3 days,it is ok. But if you stay more, you cannot empty your suitcase |

Convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean modern decor. No drawers in my room - most unusual. Had to use suitcase for storing clothes; not acceptable. |

The staff do not communicate at all well and this causes many issues when checking out or agreeing room rates. Breakfast is an extremely dull affair with stale cereal and little other real options. Furthermore the locality is really not great - for the price ($135 per night) you'd expect a better service and area. |

Location is very centric. Also right next to KFC. Hotel seems new. Bathroom is good. Bed is good. Not so noisy assuming it is in old quarter. Taxi driver had difficulties in finding this hotel, because it is small. Make sure taxi driver reads and speaks good enlgish to understand where he needs to drive you |

everything was perfect till the last day.it was Dec 25th and our plain was at midnight,so we asked for long check out and the hotel stuff gave us a good price.later we were told that our room is no longer avalible and we could move to another which was even cheaper,we didn't complain coz just need room for a few hours before 10hours flyght.finaly when we ckecked out we were charged full price! |

Excelente opción para alojarse en Hanoi, las instalaciones están muy bien, está muy bien ubicado (a 100 mts del lago Hoan Kiem) y el personal es muy correcto y amable. Una joya en medio de tanto caos. |

Buena ubicación, el desayuno era buffet y estaba bastante bien. Además, había un ordenador para acceder gratis a Internet en la recepción del hotel, lo que resultaba bastante cómodo. La habitación tenía una ventana minúscula que daba a un patio muy pequeño y que no permitía ver si quiera si hacía sol o llovía. |

Waehrend unseres 3-taegigen Aufenthalts im lauten und dreckigen Hanoi haben wir das Serenade Hotel als komfortablen und sauberen Zufluchtsort empfunden!! Das Hotel ist noch relativ neu, die Zimmer sind wunderschoen eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber! Das Fruehstueck ist nicht ueberwaeltigend, aber in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. |
