Fantastic swimming pool, Clean room, Service, Early check-in 허니문+생일 여행에 이런저런 서비스를 해주셨습니다. 저는 쉽게 무료 업그레이드를 해주진 않았습니다. 전체적으로 얼마 안된 호텔이기에 굉장히 깨끗하고 시설이 좋습니다.

Small room, too expensive than free service. Breakfast is not good. 호텔을 이용하는 방값에 비해, 시설이 터무니없이 부족합니다. 호텔로 부터 할수있는것이 수영장밖에는 없는듯. 조식도 단조로운 편입니다. 주변에 별 다른 것들이 없고, 호텔주변에서 식사나 휴식을 취하기에 주변 물가가 비싼 편입니다.

예약한 room class에서 up grade 해준 점

Location was perfect. Great staff. Great pool/gym and room was very very comfortable.

The room smelled of mold. we had other people traveling with us and their room was fine so it was not a problem with the hotel overall.

Very nice hotel, staff is very kind. Tried their best to serve us and do all they can do to answer our questions. And most of all , when we checked out, we forgot to take away some gift brought from local market. Hotel sent it to my home!

Once you are there, you should upgrade to club benefits- higher floor and really nice lounge.

- Buildings next to S.under construction. A bit noisy. - the beach. They don't have enought sunbeds on the beach, so one spoild beach boy from keeps some sunbeds for people who ready to pay. Probably, people got into this trap Becouse of themselfs. When I came (about 7:30am) all beds were occupied already, but without any people, and after I observ the situation and found out his small business).

I loved that we get the club room and benefits of it. My son enjoyed the pool and was very relaxing for the family. I loved the breakfast buffet and also the dinner one. The staff at the club room was great and helped me with use of the computers before I checked out. For the amount and the service we got, it was well worth it and definitely made a great choice with Sheraton Nha Trang.

The beach was across the street and it is busy. I'm glad that the security guard was there to help me and my son cross the street though. The beach was crowded in the morning and lacked umbrellas so my husband got sunburned from staying in the ocean for awhile (even with sunscreen). The bell guy wasn't present around dinner time so we got our own taxi from across the street and the driver was so dishonest and took us farther than where the restaurant was and did not want to give us the change. Another very important thing, I got locked out at the stairwell. I was going down to the 8th level from the 9th and only 2 elevators can get there, so I took the stairs. Once the door shut, I couldn't enter! There are double doors to get in and no one could hear me calling even on the ground floor. Goodthing I had my cellphone to text my husband to come and get me. I called the hotel operator and she said only during emergency can the doors unlocked. I have never seen a stairwell with doors that can't open to go inside. So, the only way you can go up and down the buliding is through the elevators. That was a very scary incident. I hope that Sheraton can do something to prevent a tourist from getting locked out in the stairs.

We had a great stay, all staff was superb, facilities of hotel very good, great room, location good, all walking distance. Food was good and breakfast lovely! Yes definitely an excellent place to stay with family, holiday or business. Price quality superb!!

There's a gentleman walking guests across the street, so they safely get to the beach. Very clean, good value for money.

Pricy breakfast (22usd). They let people from outside of the hotel lay on the private beach (not on hotel beach chairs, but on their own towel in the private area of the hotel's beach).

Nice place with an excellent staff in the Vietnamese restaurant.

Air conditioning on the rooms smells horrible and they failed to provide a solution. Breakfast place is loud, dirty and shows a big ad-hoc mixture of furniture. Gym used to provide headphones, water, etc, but it was never staffed so this wasn't offered. Overall, the hotel lacks some maintenance and care taking I would have expected. After I few weeks, they charged our credit card a second time. Having no free internet on the rooms (which all other places on our journey had) is embarrassing.

The hotel was nice, staff helpful, facilities nice. All you can expect from a sheraton.

the hotel doesnt put amenities in the bathroom, they have a note that says you need to call and ask for which item u want so they bring it !!!! being a 5 star hotel this is not acceptable at all, specially that the price is quite expensive and these would of course be included in the cost you are already paying... they are being VERY CHEAP !!!!

Nice spacious room, very comfortable bed, great view from our balcony, with terrific facilities such as the gym, pool, bars, cafe, spa/sauna and steam room! Breakfast was fantastic! Plus, we got an excellent rate through Booking.com!!!

Big hotels on the beach strip, so didn't really get a feel for the local population. Over our 4 week holiday in Vietnam, we stayed in accommodation ranging from 2-4 stars, and finally to the 5 star Sheraton (where we spent our final 3 nights). At each hotel wifi was free and we could access it pretty much everywhere including our bedrooms. Unfortunately, the Sheraton's wifi is only accessible on the ground and 1st floor if you have your own laptop/phone. You need to pay up to $15 a day to use wifi in the rooms or to use the Sheraton's computers. We weren't too impressed by this!

It was an amazing hotel to just kick back and relax.

Location is not that good. I know the offical check-in time is 3:00pm, but I arrive at 7:00am, they cannot arrange a room to me eariler. No free Wifi in room.

Staff were delightful and costs were excellent

The staff are their greatest asset; from talking to the staff it seems their staff training and support is a major factor in this, but also the generosity and openness of the the Vietnamese staff themselves shows through.

They need free access wifi in rooms - it is such a small thing but so many people were irritated by the need to buy blocks of time or go to the computer area.
