Beautiful location at the separated bay with access from the sea only. Majority of villas just at the beach (in our opinion much better than these on rocks) - all with sufficient pool containg clean water (without noise of any pumps, which is not a rule in other 5* resorts).

Noise produced by fan in the bedroom caused sleep problems. Fans in all villas should be replaced immediately. Cuisine very good in restaurants "at the pool" and "at the bay", but average only in "on the rocks"

Overall we were dissatisfied with the Ninh Van Bay Six Senses Resort. Originally, we booked a 2-bedroom villa for our family of 4 for 2 nights. Without informing us in advance, the staff merely dropped us off at another villa and THEN told us the villa for us were not available. First, we were told by one staff that the villa were in repair work, but after some minutes we were told that it was overbooked !?!? After disputing with the hotel manager onsite for almost 1 hour, our family of four cramped ourselves inside a villa that was supposed to be for 2 people for the first night, as it was the only acceptable solution for our family because we were so tired after a long trip and we could not go back to Nha Trang City as it was already dark at that time and the only way to go back there was with a boat of the hotel. At the end of our trip, the staff have overcharged us the airport-hotel-transfer fee that should not have been included in the package we had booked because the transfer-fee was free for a 2-night stay. Although the hotel offered us 2 dinners (without drinks) as a compensation, our stay at this resort was purely a dissatisfaction. We have been to another Six Senses Hotel in Con Dao and it was one of the best vacations we experienced. That's why we had chosen again a Six-Senses Resort (this time in Ninh Van Bay), but we were so disappointed. The architecture does not deserve its five-star rating. The hotel does not match its money-value. Especially, we do not recommend this resort to the vietnamese. The way the resort treated us gave us a feeling that there was a big discrimination to Vietnamese in comparison to the foreigners. (They thought we all were vietnamese). If only the staff of the resort had known that my husband was a German maybe they would have behaved not so badly ??? How ironic while the resort is in Vietnam !!

Great place to get away from it all. Idillic island location. Personal butler on hand at the end if the ohone to drive you where you want on the island. spa, diving & snorkling where really great and good value.

Having suffered a ruptured crutitate ligament did find climbing the stairs to our rooms a bit of a drag and slow going but hey thats my fault for not doing enough research certainly didnt let it spoil our stay

Perfect location and surroundings - absolute heaven. The staff, although with hesitant English, were friendly and genuine. Breakfasts were great. Atmosphere just right.

Dinners were expensive and not all that good.
