Very helpful staff (especially the concierge) , excellent pool and fitness facilities. Roof top bar is also very special with excellent service. Overall a very good 4 star hotel As is the custom in Vietnam - restaurant closes at 21:00 but room services is available.

Location of this hotel is far from down town. Less than half room have got lake vew. Lake is rather dirty. Good fitness center.

good location and good resturant and bar I booked a lake view room, but upon check in was infomed room not available. Had to settle for a regular room. To adjust the cost difference between regular and lake view room, had to fight with the hotel.

Current renovation activities means it is noisy during the day. We could not stay in our room more than 15 minutes at a time during the day.

The room is comfortable and clean. It is near to West Lake and easily access to some nearby good restaurants and place of interest. The price of the breakfast is too expensive compare to some Hotel in China. The hotel should consider giving one compliment breakfast and welcome drink.

The bed was big and comfortable, liked the pillow menu. Like L'Occidente bathroom products and 24hr room service. Ugly building. Mean tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel has a stunning view from its windows over the West Lake. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is quite far from the city center, so you either have to be prepared for long walks or for paying for a taxi. The jacuzzi and steam room area was a bit destroyed and seemed to be quite dirty as well.

плохая кухня на завтрак, бесплатные напитки в течение дня и проводной интернет в номере - обман (шнур есть, но связи нет, вайфай совсем слабый, отключается при подключении. номер стоил 271 долл., но сняли с карты - 350 долл. (без объяснения причин), потом сказали, что это - депозит за мини-бар, который возвращается после выписки из номера, неизвестно когда ! Все бутылки в мини-баре с холодильником не стоят этих денег. Помогите вернуть мои деньги!.

Ничего особо не понравилось, скорее все не понравилось. Все в отеле вызывало вопрос: почему он позицианируется как пять звезд!? Некомпетентное а иногда откровенно хамское поведение персонала, особенно ресторана первого этажа.

Le confort des chambres: lit et salle de bain parfaits. Avec le club sofitel apéritif mignardises et petit déjeuner compris. Grand choix de nourriture de qualité. Personnel accueillant et de bon service. Les massages au Spa sont formidables. Les tarifs du spa un peu elevés. L'agence de voyage de l'hotel, on peut trouver facilement moins cher et de qualité en ville. Des efforts à faire sur les services de la conciergerie.
