The hotel decor is attractive; even the new wing feels very traditional. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. |

it takes you back in time - luxurious. they charge $5 USD to use the internet and $1USD to photocopy a page - for a hotel of this standard these should be free. |

The service was wonderful, our room (in the old wing) was very romantic and comfortable. Food was lovely and the hotel has an excellent location in the French Quarter. Hanoi is small and it's only a 10 minute walk to the Old Quarter as well. The only thing that was a very small disappointment was that they took our towels away for laundry even though they instruct us to hang them up (which we did) to save on washing for environmental reasons. |

The hotel is well run, efficient ,relaxing and a haven away from the traffic and very busy city outside. The price didnt include breakfast which was disappointing as I paid more to stay with you than anywhere else in Vietnam.We had breakfast out of the hotel each morning |

Noissy Hotel, ( workers are working at the middle of the guest !!....) imposible to eat at the pool,,,,,,,,fun not working, .and ...the true desastre !!!!!is not the same Hotel then before..............it s not my 1st, booking at the metrop. Hanoi, but is the last !! |

ハノイに来たら、必ずここに泊ったほうがいいという位最高級のホテルでした。ロビーには毎日変えられるバラ- やユリの花がたくさんキレイに生けられており、いい香りが一面に漂っていました。スタッフの方々もとても親- 切＆丁寧で、笑顔でとても気分のいい対応でした。ハノイ市内の雑踏から考えると別世界の空間です。ヒストリ- カルウィングに宿泊しましたが、とても趣がある部屋で、布団も清潔で高級でとても気持ちがよかったです。３- 泊しましたが、一人当たり３万円でおさまりました。毎日帰ってくると、チョコレートなどホテルで作られてい- るスイーツが日替わりで置かれており、美味しいし、待遇のよさにうっとりした３日間でした。絶対にハノイに- きたら、数千円の差くらいなら泊るべきホテルです。ヒルトンとはわけが違う！旧市街、南部ともに徒歩でいけ- るくらいロケーションも最高でした！言うことなし！日本の某女優さんともホテルで会いました。 |

コンシェルジェがレストランやタクシーの手配を迅速に行ってくれる。日経新聞が配達されてきた。またスーツ- ケースを２４時間以上預かってくれた。ロビーフロアにあるトイレも広くてとても清潔なので着替えも可能。 ホテルの入り口のドアを開閉する女性が感じ悪い |

Excellent hôtel au style colonial fort plaisant. De par son histoire, cet hôtel offre un plus certain par rapport aux nombreux hôtels de luxe que l'on trouve en général dans les villes. Splendide bar ! |
