The proximity to all major facilities and shopping. All transport including shuttle service available. Restaurants in hotel were excellent, as were the nearby eateries.Staff all helpful and had good english.

staff was very helpful and nice, always willing to help. rooms are very cosy. ammenities are excellent the pool was closed one evening because of a private event taking place around the pool. As it was the reason we chose this hotel, we were not happy.

Nice location. Very quiet and safe close to the us consulate general. But also very convinient close to all the tourist site.

Close to most things and easily accessible. However this is in the CBd so not much tourism close by I felt the air conditioning required cleaning. It seemed very dusty and difficult to breathe in the room when sleeping with the air con on during the night.

Our luxury room with club benefit (I upgraded from a superior room) was worth every cent. The room was great and the service especially at the club was impeccable. I was with my parents who are quite old and they were very happy with the treatment at the club by the girls who made sure they looked after all our needs. The buffet breakfast is also one of the best I have had as the choices are varied and the quality very good. I would have wanted to have had more restaurants and shops in the area, like Dong Khoi, although we were very happy that there was an efficient shuttle service.

Hotel's location, friendly and efficient staff, pleasant ambiance, shuttle service to town . Regardless what I didn't like , it's a fine stay and worth every cent. Hotel lobby must have more sitting corners, fills more like a railway station. Cleaners should broom the room everyday, some may suggest the shuttle to town should be on a round trip basis, personally , I am ok with the current "one way" Hotel's restaurant ( L'Olivier ) lacks the comforting ambiance , food also can be improved ( to my personal taste of course )

Very comfortable, well located, nice view, excellent breakfast. There was a kind of a private party at the swimming pool making it difficult - if not impossible - to enjoy.

Overall really good service and location. In Room Check in was great, and suited me perfectly Concierge was really helpful. It was a nice touch that the manager came to see me off on departure. If one pays the extra cost for an airport transfer, I would expect the Airport Rep to be waiting rather than the guest waiting for the rep. Staff need to be a bit more "human" with the guest and not avoid interaction. Especially in the F&B outlets (apart from the lounge, service was great there) Also the old printer in the reception should be changed, it makes a horrible noise and it disturbs the whole ambiance of the lobby area. The operator, needs to have a better English understanding, i repeated myself 3/4 times and then gave up with one of my requests. on other occasions it was good though.

The room design was very nice and we had a lovely view over the city through a large window. The hotel location is great, all the main attractions are quite close and even if you don't like walking too much, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the central area. The pool at the top of the hotel is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

unfriendly staff at the receptionist. She even forgot the car arrangement to pick up my partner. When I double-checked they told that they can't arrange a car anymore. I was protesting, then they arranged. Room Service (I ordered a Club Sandwich) was a catastrophe, I couldn't it it. Pool too crowded, they had to towels anymore!!!

The rooftop pool was a great escape from the bussle of Saigon. We were happy with our stay, but thought our room could have used a little bit of a facelift. The carpet had seen better days.
