Hotel's location, friendly and efficient staff, pleasant ambiance, shuttle service to town . Regardless what I didn't like , it's a fine stay and worth every cent.

Hotel lobby must have more sitting corners, fills more like a railway station. Cleaners should broom the room everyday, some may suggest the shuttle to town should be on a round trip basis, personally , I am ok with the current "one way" Hotel's restaurant ( L'Olivier ) lacks the comforting ambiance , food also can be improved ( to my personal taste of course )

Overall really good service and location. In Room Check in was great, and suited me perfectly Concierge was really helpful. It was a nice touch that the manager came to see me off on departure.

If one pays the extra cost for an airport transfer, I would expect the Airport Rep to be waiting rather than the guest waiting for the rep. Staff need to be a bit more "human" with the guest and not avoid interaction. Especially in the F&B outlets (apart from the lounge, service was great there) Also the old printer in the reception should be changed, it makes a horrible noise and it disturbs the whole ambiance of the lobby area. The operator, needs to have a better English understanding, i repeated myself 3/4 times and then gave up with one of my requests. on other occasions it was good though.

Nous avons aimé la decoration de la chambre. Par contre les chambres sont assez petites. En general la deco de l'hotel date un peu (restaurant, lobby).

Hotel bien situé, en centre ville, personnel tres pro et Tres agréable, idem pour le Manager.

Internet wifi difficile dans les chambres, dommage par rapport à la catégorie de cet hotel.

Отличное месторасположение, в шаговой доступности многие достопримечательности Сайгона. Понравился бассейн на крыше. Персонал вежливый.

Нет лобби бара. Стоят кресла со столиками, но нет обслуживания, банально кофе не выпить. И пепельницы на столах- огромные и чаще всего переполненные

Ich habe im alten Fluegel uebernachtet, der sehr viel Atmosphaere hat, ich hatte auch ein Zimmer in der Clubetage gesehen, da diese separate Duschen und eine umfangreichere Ausstattung haben, doch mangelt es dort an echter Atmosphaere. Mein Zimmer 229 war wunderbar, mit eigenem Balkon.

Eigentlich ist das gesamte Personal, ob Rezeption, in der Bar oder im vietnamesichen Restaurant sehr sehr freundlich und hilsbereit, alle strahlen eine angenehme Waerme aus. Dies vermisst man etwas beim Concierge, ich hatte dort zweimal an unterschiedlichen Tagen um Rat / Unterstuetzung gebeten, alles wurde prompt erfuellt, doch im Vergleich mangelte es dort sehr an der Herzlichkeit, die man im Rest des Hotels erleben durfte.

Generally everything is nice and price is reasonable.

Location isn't good enough... Food at the coffee house very expensive. Not worth the money.

A true 5 star hotel, any request was never too much for the staff.
