Somerset Ho Chi Minh City  

Huoneisto oli hyvin tilava ja pyykkikone oli plussaa. Kaupunkihotelliksi allasalue oli suhteellisen hyvä. Sijainti hyvä.

Sisäänkirjautuessa laskun hinta oli 1000 dollaria aiemmin sovittua suurempi. Esittäessämme tulostetun varausvahvistuksen saimme kuitenkin laskun sovitun mukaisesti. Aamiainen melko mitätön.

The apartment was spacious (living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen) and nicely furnished. There are a nice pool and a well equipped gym. The location is ok (1st district), however not quite within walking distance from most attractions. Very friendly staff.

We travelled with our older teenage sons and mother, and booked two apartments. Our 3 bedroom apartment was huge, with 2 bathrooms. It really made our week in Ho Chi Minh extremely comfortable, The rooms are serviced daily, and having a fully functional laundry in the apartment made it so much easier to know we could carry on with our holiday with clean clothes. The pool was functional, as was the gym.

The location wasn't as close to the centre of the city, however, catching a taxi was cheap - it take a little time though as the traffic is so heavy. Although not so central, having the peace and quiet of the apartments made up for it.

I liked the fact it was an apartment with a kitchen and laundry facilities and a sitting room. It also had two bathrooms which is useful when a family of 5 people are staying. It also worked out to be cheaper than booking a number of hotel rooms. The outdoor swimming pool was very clean and in pleasant surroundings.

The restaurant was too small to accommodate the number of people when the hotel was busy.

- Too far from main centre n markets - breakfast was not nice and I only got breakfast voucher for one person when booked a 2 bedroom apartment.( was promised a call bak when I complained but didn't get one)

Every facility good for family travel. house keeping was perfect for us. kind staff.

1. Air conditioner, the capacity of power was not enough to use all electrocity equipment. lots of time need to reset power. 2. Breakfast, not enough menus 3. Noise on low floor, recommeding on high floor

Somerset HCM city should be top rated about cleanliness and service. The staff is very helpful if you need any information about shopping, pharmacy and restaurant. Internet is also good, some overseas connection is only fair though.

Somerset should offer free breakfast for children also more attractive rate for long term stays that last more than one week. The manager I contacted said there was no weekly rate but only monthly rental.

It was comfortable and best for group of friends or family.

staff were professional, little details were covered... room was large had everything i needed much better value for money than most hotels near ben thanh

limited breakfast choice so didnt end up eating breakfast there
