Great place to base yourself with your family. These apartments are large and great because you can do your owe laundry & cooking if you so wish. The apartments have 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The pool is nice and the breakfast is adequate and included in the price. A taxi down to the centre of town is cheap and easy. Main thing I like was you could have your whole family in one apartment, great price, nice staff and good price. Also all tourist activities we booked out of this hotel here 5 star. Unfortunately in other hotels we found you did not always get what you paid for.

We have been to Ho Chi Minh six times now and we have only stayed at Somerset Ho Chi Minh, I like the convenience of an appartment being with 3 children and the service is excellent.

Needs some modernising

The two bedroom apartment gave my husband teenage son and myself the space we needed. The location was fine and the staff excellent.

Eatying at the hotel was not the best and when we return we shall not be eating there. The food was not of the standard of most other eateries - cheap and expensive - around district 1.

The City is busy all day-long and yet very safe for tourists. My family and I would walk at night to explore the City, scout for dining places, small boutiques yo shop from. We have not encountered any incident or minor crimes during our 4-day stay.

Somerset Ho Chi Minh City is a great place to stay- where the front fesk staff are all very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early morning due to the schedule of our flight. We were immediately given the best attention and accommodated us in their business/computer center where we had the chance to fix our luggages until our check-in time. We given the opportunity for an early check in. Minh, the front desk personnel was excellent in customer service. Rooms are very clean. We had a great time staying in this very safe property.

The staff were very helpful and friendly but not pushy. The breakfast was well cooked and variety good. Other food at the hotel was excellent. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Cheap easy access to everything by taxi. Great swimming pool and fitness area.

The staff were very helpful and nothing was a trouble. The restaurant was excellent for a quick bite or drink. Hotel upgraded us to three bedroom apartment.

Excellent family hotel/apartment. Very comfortable.

Very helpful staff. If you travel with children, the swimming pool is an absolute bonus, certainly in a busy and crowded city like Saigon. Restaurant at the pool was pretty good (but a bit small for such a large hotel) Breakfast (included in the room price) was nice too (lots of choice).

The apartments were bit old for their price.
