Great to have two bedrooms with jetlagged children. Also having a kitchen with kids was great and washing machine essential. Nice to have breakfast inluded and playground was great for the kids.

Large spacioys rooms, staff friendly. Reception staff knowledgable about area and what might interest the guest.

Meals at restaurant inconsistenr from one day to the next

Proximity to our activities was good. About 20 mins from the airport. We enjoyed the 2 bedroom family suite. We enjoyed having a washing machine at our disposal, we enjoyed having a lounge room separate from the bedrooms. We found all staff very pleasant and very willing to assist. Staff were excellent. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant, although maybe the menu needed a little more variety. Food was very tasty. Food and drink were a good price. Breakfast was pleasant, although some pastries would have been a good addition. The breakfast set up was quite crowded......

We had no wireless access in our room. A cable for internet access was available in the room. The only place we could access wireless internet was in reception.

Apartment is spacious, daily cleaned, facilities are top notch, very comfortable, staffs are fast and responsive, cafe provides varieties of food (Purchase), easy transportation. Facility such as washing machine is fully automated and has dryer. To call for taxi just inform the receptionist and they'll call it for you with no extra charge

Breakfast are same almost everyday, variety is not there but taste is so-so. Cafe is small. If you're muslim and very particular for halal food, then don't stay at this hotel. Limited toiletries, 6 pax of people but only supplies 2 small douche of shampoo and shower gel. Tv is only at living hall and main bedroom, 2nd bedroom no tv. Only 1 bathtub for main bedroom, no jacuzzi bath at all. 2Nd bathroom only has shower bath.

We travelled with our older teenage sons and mother, and booked two apartments. Our 3 bedroom apartment was huge, with 2 bathrooms. It really made our week in Ho Chi Minh extremely comfortable, The rooms are serviced daily, and having a fully functional laundry in the apartment made it so much easier to know we could carry on with our holiday with clean clothes. The pool was functional, as was the gym.

The location wasn't as close to the centre of the city, however, catching a taxi was cheap - it take a little time though as the traffic is so heavy. Although not so central, having the peace and quiet of the apartments made up for it.

The two bedroom apartment gave my husband teenage son and myself the space we needed. The location was fine and the staff excellent.

Eatying at the hotel was not the best and when we return we shall not be eating there. The food was not of the standard of most other eateries - cheap and expensive - around district 1.

The City is busy all day-long and yet very safe for tourists. My family and I would walk at night to explore the City, scout for dining places, small boutiques yo shop from. We have not encountered any incident or minor crimes during our 4-day stay.

Somerset Ho Chi Minh City is a great place to stay- where the front fesk staff are all very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early morning due to the schedule of our flight. We were immediately given the best attention and accommodated us in their business/computer center where we had the chance to fix our luggages until our check-in time. We given the opportunity for an early check in. Minh, the front desk personnel was excellent in customer service. Rooms are very clean. We had a great time staying in this very safe property.

Somerset HCM city should be top rated about cleanliness and service. The staff is very helpful if you need any information about shopping, pharmacy and restaurant. Internet is also good, some overseas connection is only fair though.

Somerset should offer free breakfast for children also more attractive rate for long term stays that last more than one week. The manager I contacted said there was no weekly rate but only monthly rental.

It was comfortable and best for group of friends or family.
