“ the apartment was spacious, well equipped, quiet and clean. Location was great, pool looked lovely although I didn't swim. Staff were friendly and very helpful. ”

A pitiful experience. Due to a health problem we had to shorten the stay, and the hotel charges the total stay. The hotel blamed booking.com for such charge. Of all our travels around the world, we have received the worst treatment in this hotel.

the apartment was spacious, well equipped, quiet and clean. Location was great, pool looked lovely although I didn't swim. Staff were friendly and very helpful. the breakfast wasn't great for western tastes if you don't eat eggs or bacon. Meusli, yoghurt and health bread would be good additions.

The service of the staff was good, and the manager wanted to know about the cooking! The maid " Nga Myt" was so helpful in helping me wiht ironing and my clothes and wiht outside information. She was a nice aspect of the hotel. Lovely coffee with a smile. The "steak" was very bad. Western food needs a little more thought- I.E. better meat.

The room was very comfortable with washing maschine inside and clean. The breakfast wasn't complied a western style breakfast. We could choose between a vietnamese style and a western style breakfast. For the western style breakfast we got spaghetti to eat. That's not really a western style breakfast.
