The overall experience with the high standard of the facilities and service made this one of the best stays of our trip. Nice shuttle bus or easy taxi access for visits to Hoi an old town.
Just to write something the gym could have had 1-2 more treadmills. Very busy when i visited.
Everything. The best breakfast on our 3 week traveling. Amazing surroundings best staff professional and very helpful always wanting to help.
The total ambience.
No bad experience.
In comparison with other regional resort hotels: Good value F&B. Even when hotel full easy to get space near pool. Pool table, table tennis & table football for kids.
Wifi very slow. Needs water slides etc. for kids, breakfast and other buffets not on par with similar regional resorts.
Location and seaview suite
The beach in front of the hotel has been washed away by recent typhoons. Breakfast was a bit of a bunfight with overcrowding but his may have been due to the fact we were inadvertently staying over Vietnamese new year celebrations
Amazing staff, amazing resort, amazing restaurants to choose from and the best buffet breakfast!!! The location is beautiful and not far from town, the hotel offers free shuttles to and from the town.
The only down side was the beach front was ruined in a storm so the beach is now to the side but not one of the nicest beaches.
Staff, facilities, food
Excellent modern Resort in a beautiful setting. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
Not much of a beach to swim at. Stick to the 2 pools. Out of Hoi An but only 15 minutes away in taxi.
Typical resort with all amenities. Helpful staff, good food, nice pools.
Shuttles have to be booked in advance - if not you may end up taking taxis to town. WIFI slow and/or shaky. Beach blown away by recent typhoons - smaller beach on the side available but not extremely inviting...
Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, nice bar lounge
No access to the beach, no beach walking possible, no infrastructure around the hotel, 10 km away from Hoi An city,
It was great that the resort had a free shuttle bus into Hoi An town. Breakfast was amazing - soooo many choices
It is a pity the beach has been lost to nature (not the fault of the hotel)
Excellent staff, efficient and very helpful. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The breakfast was just simply super, with a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel is well designed and modern, light and airy, giving one a sense of space. The landscaping was very tasteful and elegantly put together. There were several pools, all as beautiful and inviting as in the photos. Restaurant with local cuisine was great, although we only ate there one night as we took the shuttle over to Hoi An city (10 mins) every evening. Best to book shuttle on the day but we never missed out. Very punctual. Taxi is an option and inexpensive. Beach is not really swim able (erosion) but the pools more than made up for this
Ms Vi, Ms Trang and Ms Tran in the spa were delightful and treatments excellent. Ting on check in was very helpful and friendly. Pool Area great.
Breakfast service was a little slow. Hard to get refills of tea and coffee, plates not cleared promptly. Poolside and Room Service were excellent - fast and good quality.
Bed was very big and confortable. Nice pool but no for children. Restaurants open until very late ( one is open 24 h) and food price is reasonable and good ( but wine very expensive).
No shuttle bus to old Hoi An from 5 to 7 pm. The hotel is nice but it would need a bit of touch up, some furniture, parts are a bit damage and oldish. Beach no great and dirty
Kindness of the manager & the quality of the breakfast
damages on the coast following the 2 last typhons The dining room... not very charming !
staff the reception staff very good most helpful, free shuttle bus to old town but you must bookit early very good but could book taxi very easy breakfast very good / did not eat otherwise in here as it seemed to dear to other places not that i am tight just that it was dear drinks silly price compared to outside was beach location but the beach has gone but they are trying to put in back. the old town very good but would not like to stay there of a day as it is anight place .
The hotel was close to the sea with access to a beach. Staff generally quite helpful and friendly.
Not well suited to independent travellers. Large numbers in breakfast, food mediocre. Noisy at night, the acoustics of the large concrete building don't help. Lacked character, but the grounds were well maintained. Happy hour and sports TV in bar add to package holiday atmosphere of the hotel.
Peace and quiet
Hoi An is a lovely place to visit, but the hotel is just a little too far from the centre to enjoy its vibrance although only a 10 min taxi or shuttle ride away.
We booked 3 nights (the rate on New Year Eve was inclusive of 2 countdown dinner which clearly stated on our reservation form). Upon check-in, we were asked to sign a letter stating that the dinner for 2 persons were chargeable. After much clarification, the staff apologized that the hotel had made a mistake. Guess what... upon check-out, the dinner charges were once again appeared on the bill. For a 5-star hotel, I would expect proper communication amongst internal staff. Apart from that, housekeeping need tremendous improvement. The room was not properly cleaned throughout our stay.
Great facilities , breakfast good , friendly helpful staff , would recommend .
Rooms on the small side
Attitude of most of the staff was excellent, in particular breakfast manager, hotel nurse and the front desk duty managers. Staff generally friendly and professional. Reasonable variety at breakfast.
Had two dinners at the hotel and poor experience at both. Restaurants not overly busy so was surprising. Very slow service and meals luke warm by time they arrived. Wife got very sick overnight after dinner on first night, however staff took complaint seriously and hotel nurse was superb. Shame dinner a few nights later was also average.
Good location for a relaxing holiday by the beach (the actual beach was destroyed by a tsunami a year ago so there's a man made beachside but no access to the sea). About a 10-15min bus ride into the old town but the hotel have shuttle buses. Amazing breakfast and very large comfortable rooms
The shuttle buses into the old town leave at specific times and you must book well in advance to get a seat as there are limited places. TV signal in the room was very hit & miss
Decent experience overall. Their restaurant is good; good coffee. Fast wi-fi signal. Nice room
Service can definitely improve. We ordered a room service once and they brought the wrong item. Instead of apologizing, the delivery person kept asking whether we want to keep the wrong item instead - he was quite rude too. When I complained about this later, they sent me a letter of apology but they didn't do anything to make up for this. Definitely not a five star experience.
The overall presentation of the resort and rooms was of a high standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Henry & Huie. Good choices for dining, with plentiful servings. Delicious breakfasts. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
It was all good!
Room and bed were very comfortable Pillows the best I have ever slept on
Spa was poor
